An incredible property

Nothing to dislike.

Great facilities at the villa for the kids - good size pool, squash court, volleyball, pool table, table tennis. Beds very comfy. Powerful showers. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 teenagers.

The neighbours dog likes to bark! It is 6/7 min walk to the supermarket - but it has everything you need so you don't need to get a car or taxi to the bigger ones on the outside of town.

The swimming pool was very nice. The games room and cinema area was great for the kids

The neighbors dog barked at certain times of day which the owner had committed to dealing with as they were unaware

Both Bernardo and Ana Maria were excellent hosts. Very supportive and always available. Cannot fault the Villa. Lovely walk into the old town and also the Marina was a short stroll away.

The property was so spacious and had plenty of bathrooms / bedrooms which worked well for our family group of 8 people. The squash court, pool table and table tennis were excellent additions that we used regularly and it was handy having Netflix for the kids! the views from the property are lovely. We had the pool heated too which meant we could use it every day.

compared to the rest of the property, the kitchen is very dated but we managed with a combination of bbqs and simple meals. There is a large fridge & freezer which was very helpful.

A group of 7 of us stayed at the Pedro mar villa in Albufeira Portugal for a week. We went for mother's Day which took in St,Patrick's day, and the Rugby grand slam. We opted for the transportation that the villa offered, which did not disappoint. We used them for our whole trip as they had a 7 seater for our group. We also ordered groceries before we arrived as our flight times changed and this was kindly done by the owners. From the time we booked any questions we had were answered within a day. The villa is Amazing the best we have ever stayed in. There are 5 bedrooms We only used 4, each room is spotlessly clean and very spacious and has its own ensuite with eider a bath or shower,bidet lovely snow white towels, and really great powerful hair dryers, not the usual crappy ones you get in hotels/Apartments. Each room had its own balcony with beautiful scenery. Lots of sockets in the rooms,rooms Safe in the master bedroom,There was a Hugh sitting room with a big flat screen T.V. and lots of Media Technology we only used this room for the music. Then right in the middle of this amazing villa is a squash court just unbelievable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for coffee machine, kettle,toaster, oven,cooker,microwave, dishwasher,Hugh fridge, and all the utensils you need, even big coffee/tea mugs. (Its the little things) Down stairs there is a Hugh room that has a cinema ( I kid you not) A pool table and a bar. Out by the pool there is lots of seating areas, we had the pool heated which was amazing,(extra cost) but we'll worth it. Safety ring for the pool. Lots of sun beds, table tennis, volleyball, kids play area, clothes line, BBQ area, and amazing views,This is where we spent most of our time, plus we got lovely weather. The family were always available for any questions we had. The villa is about 15/20 mins from the old town and Coastline walk. The Arte bar and supermarket is just down the road maybe 5 mins walk.

There is only one thing We would suggest to the owners and that is to put hand rails in the baths and getting out of the pool.

Location excellent and great to have the swimming pool. Movie room downstairs was a great surprise. We used it when it was raining and so happy to enjoy it.

The showers in 2 rooms splashed all over the floor and the cooker kept turning off. Some problem with the electricity
