We had a lovely stay the villa was clean and spacious would definitely return.

The pool was dirty when we arrived but we contacted them and it was sorted quickly. There was a bad smell from one of the bathrooms.

Nice location and quiet residential area. Everything clean and the villa is very spacious. Customer service responsive and on hand to help. Beaches close by, Aldi 5 minutes drive away or 15 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants not too far by taxi to the old town. Kitchen well equipped and the showers were powerful and bathrooms very spacious. Overall it was a beautiful villa.

Nothing. The poop was smaller and shallower than expected, but it was a lovely pool.

Location:- This villa is as far out from the old town area of Albufeira as I would be prepared to go. Its a quiet area which I feel will become more popular as time goes on. We paid between 5-10 euros for an Uber or local taxi to get to the old town and back. But within 1 km there is Estrada Santa Eulalia which is a great alternative to the old town with many restaurants to choose from. At the top of that street is a very new Aldi which has everything you need and a bit more. The Villa:- Three good sized bedrooms all En-suite. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The whole of the villa was very clean. Kitchen was large with a good fridge freezer. Very well equipped and easy to use. However, we could not understand why the dishwasher took nearly 4 hours to complete it's cycle. The lounge/dining area was excellent. Large TV is provided there and we had a fire stick to give us access to our preferred stations. Free Wi-Fi is provided but it's not that fast and the signal was poor in the back bedroom. Outside there is a nice pool and plenty of sun beds and other nice furniture. We feel the support was excellent. Overall I give it 4/5 if only for the few issues described above. For me these are not show stoppers and we will consider booking this particular villa again in the future.

The beds were all very hard but we did get used to them after e few nights. One of the couches in the lounge was very uncomfortable. The back was way too reclined and could not be adjusted. On the second day the pool was very cloudy. We reported this and the pool guy was there the next day. It took 2 more days for the pool to clear but the staff had dealt with this issue well and Gabrielle came to the villa to check for herself. The BBQ was too dirty and old so we didn't use it.

Our kids spent the whole time in the pool. There are several beaches nearby too and we did horse riding about 7 minutes drive from the villa. Communication was great too. We would book it again.
