Villa Marronniers

The Villa is beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Just around the corner is a 24h Circle K , very convenient. The staff were very excellent and very friendly.

Could do with a little maintenance, locking doors and sliding doors very stiff. Staff attended to try to fix it but only temporarily. Needs light in the lane as very dark and a few holes in the road that is a little bit dangerous.

Lots of space, privacy, great facilities (pool, outdoor dining, two bathrooms.

Nothing- it was very good.

Awesome huge pool & separate living is perfect for our family

Great villa for family with kids. 2 separate access bedrooms one downstairs one upstairs. Staff cleaning every 3rd day. Staff was friendly and polite and always available when needed. The pool was great to come cool down after a busy day around town and kept the kids busy throughout our stay.

The Villa itself is a bit run down and tired and does need work done to make it spectacular, but as most places around town are looking the same but we didn't mind as its just a place to refresh ourselves before hitting the road exploring. Please note tiles are very slippery around the pool area and kids love running

Loved the location. Two levels so my son and I had our own space.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. Went to use the hot water kettle and it was full of them. I called the owner and they provided any spray for my use.

Absolutely great Villa! The pool was exceptional and huge, the rooms were big and spacious. Clean and easily accessible and close to everything. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again!

Location to Seminyak

Missing TV for 3 days, rats, cockroaches, broken bathroom fittings, stains on bedding, TV channels don't work, kettle was broken, both bathtubs cracked, broken pool lights, light switches don't work, roof sheets broken, mould on the roof, peeling g paintwork off the walls, bathroom vent was hanging from the roof, kids size pillows on the beds, spiderwebs, floorboard broken, the outdoor umbrella is mouldy, missing grout in bathroom tiles, the large king bed is two beds and two mattresses pushed together. A terribly maintained villa. All issues were reported to house keeping and the Japanese owners. The Japanese ignored the messages until the last two days of our stay. Even the housekeepers tell me that the Japanese owners do not communicate well. This villas photos do not represent the current state of the villa. I have 30+ photos of this villa in terrible condition. When the Japanese owner finally chose to respond there response was " the local team has repaired the issues", this is a lie. DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA!!
