La Villa Oberoi (2 BR)

Centre of Seminyak, easy walk to shops and restaurants and great coffee shop next door is a bonus.

Property and pool were lovely. Everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. We were all very unwell the whole time we were there and the staff respected our needs and ensured we were ok.

Nothing, we were content here. However, I would let families with younger children know that the bedrooms are seperate and only accessible to each other via an external staircase in the garden. Whilst the property felt very safe and secure this could be difficult to navigate for some families, particularly as you have to walk past the pool to get to the stairs.

Its perfect size for a small family of four. Great location for shopping and food then you can come back and chill, have a swim and head out again. Clean nice decor. Beautiful peaceful space! Will book again! Dewi and team were lovely!

Its lovely but with children 10 and under its unnerving for them to have to walk outside and go upstairs at night to reach us so we just had one adult upstairs with child and vice versa.

The location of the property is fantastic. A few mins walk to Kayu Aya, close to great restaurants and bars. Private and safe. There was drinking water and the pool was lovely. Staff were really nice and the villa was clean. We stayed in the small villa but were allowed to go on and look at the large villa which was spectacular! Will definitely be staying again.

I don’t really have any complaints about this property. The downstairs bathroom was a tiny bit mouldy but it wasn’t that bad.

Quiet and private, east walk to Main Street. A bit more of a hike to the beach than lead to believe but maybe we went the long way?? Pool was refreshing although in the sun for most of the day. Nice little eating area and alang alang !

Lovely large villa next door which was thankfully empty for most of our stay apart from the first day when it sounded like there were a large crowd of noisy party goers. Couldn’t hear them inside but would have been annoyed if it had continued for the whole of our stay.

Great location. Close to the hustle & bustle of Seminyak. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Any issues we had were promptly fixed.

Unfortunately the property is very run down to what it looks like in the pictures. The bathroom downstairs is very old, smelly & dingy. The air conditioning downstairs struggles to get the room cool which is frustrating when you’ve been out in the heat all day. It is very budget! I unfortunately booked this last minute and in a hurry and didn’t look at the property properly and the lay out of it. It didn’t suit us with kids and us sleeping upstairs and kids sleeping downstairs.

The Villa was in a lovely setting, in its own private compound with 24/7 security. Over looking rice paddy's out of the back, nice & quiet, yet only a 2 minute walk from one of the main streets in Seminyak. It felt really good value for money being a 2 bedroom villa with its own private pool. Great service was provided from Dewi & the team, they also arranged a scooter for us. The beds were really comfortable & a nice touch was the mineral water fountain in the kitchen & welcome cold water drink & towel on arrival. The outdoor area was a real highlight, having such a lovely pool, getting the sun all day, nice sitting & lounging area.
