Piękny dom z duszą, Pani zajmująca się obiektem przemiła, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani jak w domu. Każda osoba z naszej grupy znalazła dla siebie dogodny pokój, duża ilość łazienek co jest bardzo ważne przy dużej grupie. Dom bardzo czysty, ogród z basenem piękny, wszystko zadbane. Godzinka drogi do Rzymu, my dojeżdżaliśmy pociągiem jak i autem. Naprawdę polecamy serdecznie, cała nasza grupą była zachwycona.

Lovely villa with spacious rooms and outdoor eating area. Large grounds with swimming pool and soccer pitch, and dotted with olive trees, grape vines, citrus trees. We had a slight problem contacting our host Marcel on arrival but after that he was incredibly helpful - gave us advice on local restaurants, and responded immediately to a couple of requests and questions.

Property is accessed through a gate at the intersection of two roads and is essentially a blind exit when you leave. A bit dangerous and scary! Fortunately the roads weren’t too busy. Wifi wasn’t great, and we didn’t have any at all in the annex.

That on the third day of our holiday we were informed that we would have to vacate the annexe for part of our stay. It was only after a number of exchanged emails and providing them with a copy of our booking receipt stating that the Villa had 7 bedrooms that we were left in peace. I found this a rather distressing start to our holiday.

Huge property in a great location near Rome. Absolutely beautiful inside and out.

The entrance is on a tricky corner and a bit hard to access plus a very narrow driveway. Dont try to drive up it with a big car! Also the electronic gates don’t always open from the house intercom.

Fantastic very large villa on beautiful grounds, good facilities and attentive hosts. Highly recommended !

We loved the space and aesthetic of the house. It was very beautiful and cozy.

A car is a must if you want to other things than just chill by the pool.
