Villa Rafaella II Palace by Atlantic Places

Clean , spacious, perfect pool

A/C in the top bedroom broke after 1 day . Bernado ( manager) couldn’t get any repair organised until penultimate day of 1week holiday. So we didn’t sleep at all for 5 of the nights . Pool table had no cloth on it so it was just bare slate and not possible to play on . Outdoor barbecue was rusty and unable to use .

That each bedroom had a bathroom. The villa was really lovely

The area felt secluded from the busy towns but was easy to get to them, and the private pool was just wonderful

plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms . lovely pool . bonus of having a pool table and table tennis table .

The villa was fantastic,great location bars and food short walk ,the beds were very comfy and all rooms were en suite, plenty of chairs and table at the pool and sun loungers(could do with update) but worked great, plenty of towels for outside and in,very clean.A basket of tea/coffee would have been a nice touch? We left a big box of washing powder and fabric conditioner hope they will be left for the next people also a small paddling pool and toys for any future kids that go hope they leave them there. overall would highly recommend we all had a great time, hope to visit again and would stay again in this lovely villa 😀

Everything was great

fab property for the 8 of us who stayed there for a week. the rooms were ideal and flexible for the 3 couples and 2 single people. we split the top bedroom up into 2 with the foyer area for the 2 single people. the pool was perfect even if it was a little chilly due to the time of year. the boys loved the ping pong and pool table area.

some of the shower trays don’t drain away quickly and create a little swimming pool. I would assume the waste needs clearing out. The dishwasher has definitely seen better days and the lack of dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay meant we had to wash up with the little washing up liquid we had. we didn’t want to buy extra as it would be wasted. but the dishwasher definitely needs to be changed especially as it’s going rusty and as it doesn’t clean very well and it didn’t have salt or rinse aid in it and nothing left in the property for us to top it up. I was disappointed there wasn’t any cleaning products for either the bathrooms or the kitchen to keep it clean. would have been lovely to have a hoover as well so the villa was tidied up when we left on our last day. We tried our best to keep it tidy and clean when we left. Despite the minor issues we came across the villa was very comfortable and fit 8 fully grown adults perfectly. We can’t wait to visit the area again and know what to expect if we stay in the villa again.
