Розташування, територія

Некоректно вказано кімнати та площу, яка буде у користуванні. При намаганні це вияснити і вирішити на місці, господиня, а потім і інший чоловік, який взяв слухавку та почав хамити, не намагалися врегулювати ситуацію. Ми чекали до години часу, поки підтримка Booking теж намагалася це врегулювати. Booking визнав, що помилка була зі сторони власника і нам мали відкрити всі кімнати до користування згідно нашого бронювання. Дивує, що власники навіть не намагалися знайти компромісне вирішенні питання, а перейшли на хамський тон. В результаті ми о 19.00 в гарячий туристичний сезон опинитися без житла. Не рекомендую, бо клієнто-орієнтованість, та здатність визнання своїх помилок на найнижчому рівні.
