Villa La Nicchia

è collocata in una posizione stupenda con una vista sul mare, sulle coste e sulle isole veramente incantevole , costruita e arredata con gusto......... nonostante il periodo invernale, abbiamo trovato la casa perfettamente pronta e riscaldata,, è una casa da vivere veramente !!!!

Il supporto della biancheria e delle puliizie

Het zicht uit de tuin naar de zee toe was magnifique en kan niet beter ! De buitenterras is heel erg gezellig met goeie zetels en dus zeer comfortabel en de beste plaats om te zitten en genieten. De ligging van het huis dichtbij de zee en in een rustige villawijk is zeer goed. De kamers met elk een eigen badkamer zijn prima, airco werkt goed.

De keuken is ok en goed voorziend van gerief maar zou toch wat beter verwachten in een huis van die prijsklasse, kan wat oplapwerk gebruiken, met bijv loshangende kastdeuren. De 4de kamer en badkamer is buiten langs terras en heeft maar 1 volwaardig bed, dit zou moeten correct voorgesteld worden. waren we er met 8 dan hadden we een bed tekort. Het zwembad is gemeenschappelijk met 3tal buurhuizen, ook dit was niet duidelijk op voorhand, maar dit stoort eigenlijk niet.

The view and the outdoor area were amazing. We sat outside every evening and bbq’d seafood and meat. It’s a hard view to beat. The pool was great as well, especially for us with small kids as it was located slightly off the property behind a gate which gave us peace of mind when the kids were playing in the garden alone. There are a lot of amazing beaches very near by (although you do need a car) and the shops are very close as well. Sara who helped us check in was very helpful and very accommodating to an early arrival which was very helpful after a 3am start that day. She was also readily available for any questions and advised on shops and location of children’s play areas etc.

Some of the kitchen equipment such as the dishwasher & fridge were either broken or very outdated. We paid a fair sum for the property and would expect better quality kitchenware. The 4th room also wasn’t advertised as away from the main house and with young kids that effectively made it a 3 bed property when we expected a 4 bedroom property. The 4th bedroom was no use to us. The pool is not available to use between 1-4pm which was not advertised on the listing and was not ideal. Also, one of the neighbours is a real grouch. He moaned at us twice for kids playing in the garden and making some noise.
