Sunrise Villa 12

The villa has a great location with unobstructed views over the sea. Its also a very quiet location away from the busier parts of the area, such as Ayia Napa. The facilities in the flat were excellent too with good wifi, tv, fridge and washing machine. There was also a welcome package of eggs, milk, bread etc to greet, which was a nice gesture.

There were 8 sunbeds in total and all 8 were lacking a blue sponge layer making them extremely uncomfortable. It was as if having lots of them would compensate for the fact that they were all uncomfortable. Two or three comfortable sunbeds would have been better than 8 uncomfortable sunbeds. The internal beds were a little uncomfortable too, as well as the pillows, which felt like like sponge, Also, the swimming pool had an irregular shape and a sunken block that some might consider a little dangerous. I would've preferred the pool to be a simple rectangle, but we knew what the shape was although not the hidden block. There was also a broken jacuzzi on the balcony with a panel missing exposing all of the electrical components and that looked extremely dangerous - see photos. They need to sort that out asap before someone gets hurt.

Unfortunately the villa wasnt ready on arrival, they wouldn't allow us to leave luggage in the villa while we waited, thought we could get the shop done, we then had to wait even longer for the welcome pack. Pool was dirty on arrival was cleaned throughout our stay. The sliding doors didn't lock, so this needed fixing The main bedroom bed was completely broken, was an awful 10 nights sleep, said they would fix this but didn't. Hole in main bedroom door. The shower screen was broken. No shower curtain in main bathroom. Sliding wardrobes in 2 bedrooms didn't work so had to leave clothes in the suitcases for 10 days Damage to fridge door. Dirty walls, especially by the stairs. The sunbeds had seen better days they were really uncomfortable. The aircon in the main bedroom didn't work. Aircon will only work when you're there as they have a key attached to the villa key, not ideal in 40degree heat. This villa also comes under the name VILLA LAVENDER. If I had read the reviews on this, I would have never booked. The photos are not up to date, it is a very tired villa that needs a few bits to get it up to what they are advertising. In the end, I gave up complaining because it was ruining the holiday. I have had better stays in cheaper villas Don't waste your money on this place! Will only let me upload 4 photos but I have loads!

Amazing stay at this location by the sea. Quick drive to most beaches. Superb view. Very comfortable and spacious villa with anything you would need. Customer service was excellent.

A small improvement could be to include an indoors cleaning halfway through the stay. The dishwasher can also be temperamental
