Nous avons passez une semaine dans cette villa fantastique. Elle avait tout le nécessaire. On s’est senti comme à la maison. Prêt de tout… mais bien placé pour être au calme. Tout était top. Ati la propriétaire est top. Elle est réactive aux messages. Vous aide à vous déplacer ou même si vous avez un pb dans la villa. Avec un grand regret qu’on a quitté la villa…

"Old and non clean, but Ati helps us good"

Location was great and (ATi ) she help us very well when I told her the pool have no privacy she call worker next day to make finch, thank you so much ATi for you hospitality. الفيلا موقعها جدا ممتاز والخدمات قريبة جدا صيدليات وسوبرماركت والمطلعم والشاطئ يبعد 6 دقائق مشي فقط والحمام السباحة كان مكشوف وقامت مديرة الفيلا بوضع سياج ثاني يوم للمسبح واصبح اكثر خصوصية.

The villa is old and not clean in some corners, noise everyday from street from trees cutting from dogs and next villa workers .

Amazing villa, location was great. 24hr security and so peaceful. Also little touches like toilet roll toiletries etc included when we arrived.

We stayed at Villa 2/20 for two weeks with a group of friends. The place is absolutely amazing – very quiet and cozy. All the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance: a currency exchange, 7/11, and restaurants (including Russian cuisine) are just 3–5 minutes away on foot. The villa is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, offering excellent speed and coverage throughout the entire property, which was a great bonus. The water pressure was excellent, hot water was always available, and there were no issues with the sewage system. The villa owner was always in touch via WhatsApp, promptly helping with any questions. She also arranged an affordable airport transfer and offered various excursions to choose from. We were completely satisfied with our stay – we didn't find any drawbacks. This place is perfect for both family vacations and trips with friends. Highly recommended!

"A wonderful villa. Very responsive host"

The property is extremely spacious. Enough for us all to enjoy each others company but also our own space. Loved the pool and it’s the perfect spot or on the roof terrace to watch the sunset

Location of the property is up a hill but a taxi will drop you there if needed.
