"Great location with beach 5 min walk and 15 min to Byron"

Close proximity to the town and Beach hotel… 15 min walk. The property is a townhouse in a complex of?12 I think. There is a pool and half tennis court 3 bedrooms slept 6 of us BBQ and outdoor table Aircon and fans Beach 5 min walk

Only 1 bathroom which I didn’t realise but we managed! No frypans or BBQ tongs A message to the the managing agent got us delivered pan and tongs by the 2nd day

spacious and clean house with a double garage in a very central location so we could walk easily to all the restaurants and shops. nice balcony with lots of sun. ocean literally 3minutes walk away.

toilet seat and toilet paper holder was very loose, pool needs more maintenance, house is noisy (outside noise from the street because of the windows and inside noise because of the "cardboard" walls and roof). some kitchen utensils were missing and there also wasn't a proper drying rack for clothes for a family

"Great place for families to explore Byron"

Second stay on this complex. Very convenient location to explore Byron. Unit was very comfortable and clean. Pool was too cold but the recently renovated mini tennis court made up for it.

The pool was very cold and full of debris / leaves and therefore unusable. BBQ wouldn't light up - had to rush to Woolies to get some matches. A few items missing in the kitchen.

Beds were comfortable Essential items such as tea coffee washing up liquid shower soap were adequate Location was great Quiet and could hear ocean! Washing machine Dryer and dishwasher was great

No milk in welcome pack. No pool towels Pool was dirty No keys to garage Outdoor chairs not waterproof and held water for days No chairs in bedrooms No teapot Only one bathroom with shower
