Excellent property. Amazing view of the Cape Town Camps Bay. It had amazing facilities. As someone who likes to cook, I also loved using the kitchen

Nothing much. Some of the TV’s didn’t work.

Beautiful location in Camps Bay. walking distance to the beach and restaurants. big property with enough space for a family trip.

It was advertised as having wifi and air conditioning - both of which weren’t true. The wifi was a pay as you go system which wasn’t optimal for the many of us who remote work. The connection was intermittent and didn’t work at the bottom level of the house at all. We raised this with the rental agency and it was eventually repaired (on the second last day of our stay)but still didn’t work. There was no air conditioning at all- they did bring fans to supplement for this but definitely misleading. There are two fridges in the kitchen but the main big fridge didn’t work which means we had to store groceries for 13 people in one small fridge. Some of the gas plates didn’t work on the stove and the TV in the main bedroom needed fixing. While some of these issues were rectified after us bringing it to the rental agency’s attention, I believe that these things should be under ongoing maintenance given the exorbitant price one pays to stay here.

Daily cleaner Tina was excellent

Property is need of refurbishment, eg windows and doors not working properly. Furniture shabby.
