Holiday villa with pool and sea view!

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und bei Ankunft erwarteten uns Snacks und Süßigkeiten, sowie Wasser und Kaffee, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Wir haben einen sehr frühen Check-in angefragt, der prompt bestätigt wurde. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher für Bad und Pool und für Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben, den Essbereich auf der Terrasse zu beschatten, der große Ampelschirm z.B. wäre hier besser zu gebrauchen. Außerdem fehlte uns ein Geschirrhandtuch in der Küche. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

We have been to coral bay 4 times and this was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, 5 mins to the main strip but far enough away that it’s not noisy. very clean and has everything you need. The added water in the fridge, tea and coffee and shower gels, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms was an added bonus. The beds are comfortable and plenty of bedding in the cupboards. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made life with 3 teenagers easier. We will 100% be booking again. The pool is a lovely size and not too deep.

Dobra lokalizacja, willa odpowiednio wyposażona, spokojna okolica, blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Gospodarze przemili i pomocni. Idealne miejsce na wakacje, chętnie wrócimy!

The villa is amazing inside & out. All bedrooms so spacious with en-suites and the little extra’s of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel very much appreciated. Also the little extras in fridge & cupboard upon arrival much appreciated. The host Shawn was superb, always quick to respond and so very helpful ⭐️ we had a late flight and he let us have a very late check out, so very kind of him. We all loved our stay at this amazing villa (family of 5) and we were very sad to leave. It is in a lovely area so peaceful but not far at all to the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beach. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you Shawn we had the bestest time ⭐️.

Spacious Villa in a great location, 3 double rooms all with own bathrooms. Keys left in a lock box so easy access when we arrived and Shawn was very responsive when we had any questions. A short walk to restaurants/bars & beach so the Villa is ideal for staying in Coral Beach

Large bedrooms with plenty of linens and blankets and comfortable beds. Large kitchen with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Large living room with plenty of space. Windows allow a lot of light in. Walking distance to the main strip = great location for Coral Bay area. Entry key is easy to get. Parking is excellence. Lemon trees in the garden for making lemon water in the morning. The host is very responsive, even during the X-mas break.

During winter, the heating upstairs is hard to figure out. The water heating device is also not intuitive; more explanation on how to use that would be very helpful.

Very clean, easy access to bars and restaurants, very nice pool and grounds, large double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The host was very responsive and let us have a late checkout.

There is a new development being built on a plot next door but one and this was sometimes noisy and a bit dusty.

This villa is faultless. We are very used to the Coral Bay Area with family living here, and the location of the villa is just perfect. Seamless entry. We arrived around midnight with no issues. There were the little amenities such as hand soaps, shower gels, washing up liquid, bin bags, water in the fridge, and much more. These are very handy when shops are closed on a late arrival. It is a typical Cypriot type modern villa which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area is beautiful. Shawn would reply to messages quickly and was very kind to allow us a late check out for our evening flight home. We got married while we on this stay in Cyprus so all the more special! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
