Villa Mulberry Retreat 0,5Km From Everything

It was in a great location near to everything but still relaxing and quiet. Very well furnished inside and out the kitchen had enough utensils, cookware and dishes for the size of the villa

There is nothing to dislike

Beautiful Villa , very clean,so much space , very comfortable. Big swimming pool and terrace, extra space for car . We’ve met a lovely man who was looking after the Villa, told us amazing stories about Cyprus. We could learn about this beautiful island’s history thanks to him . Great place , very close to the centre, shops and to the beautiful sandy beach. Everything perfect. We will come back again for sure :)

It is good location for Coral Bay. Swimming pool super, and good outside seating

Not enough seating in lounge area and no shelves in bathroom or bedside lighting Downstairs bedroom needs talc

The property is spacious, high ceilings, modern and in general as a whole well equipped. The property consists of many bedrooms, many bathrooms, different terraces over 3 stories and has a good sized pool. The air con is great and works off timers so if you are going out for tea, you can have the property well cooled by the time you return. In general it is fairly secluded, however some of the other villas do overlook the pool / communal areas. The property also has a drive.

** before you read this, this is a budget villa and you pay for what you get. the comments below are ways it could be improved if the owners went over and above ** - lack of dishes to cook (no trays, no dishes, only 1 pan) - lack of utensils / cups (there are only pint glasses, no small glasses unless you don’t mind plastic) - it’s not something which can be mended but the property is located on a moderately busy route which is used by the hotels further day, so at night don’t be surprised if you are awoke to gobby folk half cut (I don’t like to kill the vibe but we have a severely autistic son who wakes up to a pin dropping) - the tiled floors require some tlc, also some of the blinds and decor (I assume it’s like this as we visited towards the end of the season)

Loved pool which was very clean, roof terrace if needed with beautiful views. A balcony outside the bedrooms. Plenty of sunbeds and dining areas . Air con brilliant. TV had Netflix and YouTube.

No dressing tables to get ready and only 2 small mirrors in shower rooms so couldn’t get ready if someone else in the room all trying to get ready at same time. Didn’t like the hill that it was on, lucky it was only the 2nd villa down.

Great location and Villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Bathrooms need some storage for toiletries as nowhere to store anything other than on the sink top.

Excellent location. Spacious. Has everything you need.

The villa owner was very engaging and met any needs that we could have hoped for. The location was excellent, just down from the Coral Bay strip. The facilities were clean and in good order. The pool was a good size and perfect to cool off from the sun. All in all, I would recommend this villa.

Close to shops, lovely location, pool very nice

Bed limen and towels very old, towels very small, bed linen not changed for a two week stay, messaged and said could be for €60 so we washed ourselves, top floor balcony and furniture covered in bird poop, also top floor door does not lock? inside nice decor and plenty of wardrobe space and lots of kitchen equipment but ants around all sinks, generally needs a bit of repainting in area outside, if you are choosing a villa because you like to eat in sometimes and chill then it does not have a bbq as stated that works, shame that is one of our top requirements when we book.
