I didn't like this at all as while me with my family was on the way to reach, the property owner called to request me to cancel the booking, though it was confirmed. It was so annoying and made my trip worse. I never expected this type of behaviour from THIS PLATFORM PROPERTIES. It's a bad experience for me, and I hope this will never happen with others. I keep all the conversations screenshot as he texts with me.

Отдыхали на вилле двумя семьями (4 взрослых и двое детей — 5 и 8 лет), и нам действительно было очень комфортно. Вилла хорошо продумана для такого формата отдыха: мы спокойно разместились двумя семьями, никто никому не мешал, при этом было общее пространство, где можно было проводить время вместе. Отдельный плюс — два санузла, с детьми это прям сильно упрощает жизнь 🙂 Хозяин Гаян — отдельная история. Очень приятный, спокойный и отзывчивый человек. Всегда на связи, живет рядом, быстро помогает, если что-то нужно, но при этом совсем не навязчивый. Создается ощущение, что ты не просто снимаешь жилье, а приехал в гости. До пляжа реально минут 5 пешком — и он отличный: чистый, красивый и без людей. Удобно ходить с детьми, да и просто прогуляться вечером приятно. В целом получился очень легкий и приятный отдых. Место, куда хочется вернуться.

Бесподобная вилла. Приятное место, где есть все что нужно: гамаки, горячая вода, кондиционер и большие кровати. В вилле очень чисто. Но главное - это хороший хозяин виллы. Он решит любую вашу проблему! Он отвез нас на лодочное сафари. С ним мы увидели намного больше, чем планировали. Помимо манго виллы на территории есть второй отель villa ever reach. В нем мы тоже останавливались. Это новый отель с комфортными большими номерами по приятной цене . Отель находиться рядом с океаном. В это место мы обязательно вернемся в следующий раз

Отличное , уютное, тихое место. Прекрасный ненавязчивый хозяин, всегда поможет, посоветует.Отель новый . Мебель вся новая, белоснежное бельё, свежие полотенца. Большая ухоженая территория . Океан в шаговой доступности . Всем советую

Prior to arrival the host was very communicative and appeared very helpful.

Things changed drastically once we arrived at the property. First this is NOT a 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2 bath...it's a 3 bedroom, 3 bed, 1 bath. When I expressed this to the owner he tried to argue saying because we were only 4 people we were only entitled to 2 bedrooms anyway, which is wrong, we booked a 3 bedroom villa...the whole villa. I sent a msg to booking.com letting them know and after they contacted him he became even more frustrated with us, asking us repeatedly not to leave a bad review. I told him to fix the listing and I wouldn't, however the listing is still incorrect. I also asked the host for a receipt which he refused to give. The place is average at best, AC in one bedroom didn't work, bathroom is basic and not exceptionally clean, lots of bugs around. We only stayed one night and didn't bother trying to use the kitchen.
