• The maid was courteous and helpful, and the villa was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. • The overall hospitality was pleasant, and the staff were responsive.

1. Breakfast Menu Needs Improvement:• The breakfast lacked variety. We expected different options across days—such as fresh juice, fruit, or rotating dishes—but the menu remained repetitive and limited. 2. Severe Safety Risks:• The villa was not secure at any time—day or night. The perimeter outer wall (low and climbable) was the only barrier between the villa and the outside. It could be easily scaled, and someone could enter directly through the bathroom, which had no secure locking mechanism. • There was no safe room in the villa except the laundry, which could be locked from inside. • I did not disclose the extent of this risk to my wife, fearing she would insist we leave immediately. We were traveling with our 7-year-old daughter, and I personally stayed awake at night to monitor the property and ensure no one entered. • Additionally, we heard disturbing sounds of animals—possibly rats—fighting inside the roof tiles, not just outside. This added to our discomfort and concern.I have video evidence documenting these issues. Given the level of risk and distress caused, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for the time and effort, I spent safeguarding my family during our stay. I hope you treat this matter with seriousness. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this.

The water, electrics and air-con stopped working twice during our 4 night stay which was annoying as we were unable to flush the toilets or shower or use the aircon at night. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work and was replaced but the engineer couldn’t set it up and he didn’t return.

We loved everything.

We absolutely loved the villa. The design was spacious and well thought out. Had everything we needed. The gardens were beautifully maintained. The staff are an absolute asset to this villa. Such beautiful kind people. The massage therapist Bintan was amazing. Our breakfast cook/housemaid Putu. (Forgive me for spelling or if I have name incorrect) was the sweetest young lady. Even cooked an Indonesian curry for us on request, it was delicious. We had no trouble ordering food via grab or getting around. Some great local Warungs within walking distance. Just googling now when it’s available again. Thank you for s beautiful stay.

The property manager Indah is very accommodating and extremely helpful. She met us during check in and showed us the property and handed over keys to us. She communicated very well over whatsapp and look after all our needs during our stay. Property is spacious and sparkling clean and exceeded our expectation. Turquoise water pool is very beautiful. Housekeeping lady Putu prepared very delicious breakfast everyday and also organised birthday cake for our son's birthday. It was really pleasant and memorable stay at the property.

The only downside is no nearby good restaurant around the property as ordering food via grab and Gojek takes 40 min to 1 hour time.

Beautiful Villa. Enough privacy, very nice stuff and good breakfast. It was super clean and the outside area was amazing. It’s not really in the city but it only takes you 10/15 mins to Canggu.
