Everything about this place is magically beautiful. From the most perfect location, where you wake up to the majestic view of mountains and nature and the fresh crisp smell of fresh air. To the villa, whose Middle Eastern interior design gives it a sleek yet ethereal look. The space is open, beautifully decorated and, although the warm colours everywhere, has a cool effect on your eyes. And lastly and most importantly: the staff who’s been from the very first night extremely helpful and kind. The accommodated us every single time and treated us and our little ones with love and care, which we extremely appreciated. A special thanks would have to go to Amin and Walid, whose help and hospitality made us feel at home every single day of our stay. And also the staff from the kitchen, Bushra and Azizah, who showed so much love and sweetness to our kids. This place is the perfect stay if you are looking for some peace and relaxation for you and your family.

The only tiny downfall was the fact that the toilet had curtains instead of a door. That wouldn’t be an issue because the toilet is actually quite big, but unfortunately I believe there’s some gutters issues which makes the entrance of the room smell bad, especially in the evenings.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la beauté de la villa et son atmosphère apaisante. Le personnel était très attentionné et chaleureux, rendant le séjour encore plus agréable. Walid et Amine ont été plus que serviables, toujours disponibles et à l’écoute. La femme de ménage et la cuisinière étaient très attentionnées. L’emplacement est idéal pour se détendre, profiter du soleil et passer de vrais moments de tranquillité. Une expérience confortable et pleine de charme

Arrivée à 22h, on m’a refusé la chambre malgré une réservation confirmée. Le responsable m’avait promis une annulation sans frais, puis a changé d’avis. Ils m’ont demandé un acte de mariage sans base légale, alors que j’avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Ils m’ont fait partir tard dans la nuit, sans aucune considération humaine ni souci pour ma sécurité.
