The owner Ghita was really helpful when my son was not feeling well. She brought medicine for us and also asked if we needed a doctor. This was really kind and showed us their amazing hospitality.

The host arranged taxi for airport pick up. They welcomed us at the property. We arrived 2 hours earlier to check in time. They were very kind to accommodate us in another villa until our rooms were ready. They were very flexible with the breakfast timings as it was Ramadan. The host was always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The rooms were exceptional, cleaners would come everyday to clean the kitchen and rest of the rooms. The driver also was a tour guide, Hassan was exceptional, always available on WhatsApp to plan the tours, very flexible to accommodate the family’s needs. I would recommend Hassan for anyone visiting Marakkesh.

The property was slightly remotely located, no good areas nearby to walk to.

Facilities in villa, security, style, breakfast, Cleanness, Location is little out from town but taxis are cheap and easy to get

- space of the villa (both inside and outside), the pool, the furnitures and overall decoration - breakfast was amazing and served by very friendly staff - kitchen’s appliances were complete. It was useful to have a microwave, an oven and a freezer - owner’s availability and friendliness — Isham was always ready to answer our questions and guide us towards the right attractions and services

- the technical staff not able to either answer our requests or clearly communicate estimated resolution time (language might have been a barrier here) - no food/eatery option on site (need to take a taxi to go to supermarket or restaurant) - no beauty/wellness salon on site

The staff at arrival was very polite and fast in getting us settled. The location is just superb. Whilst it's not central (approx. 20/30 mins from Medina depending on traffic), the villa is immersed in tranquillity and peacefulness, very silent and much needed break from the colourful yet noisy and chaotic city centre. The garden is well kept and relaxing, with semi-mature trees and plenty of green, with the pool (very clean) is sunk in the middle. Large spaces, super comfortable beds, modern and pleasant setting. The hosts are just exquisite. A special mention for Hassan, the driver - a truly nice guy, helpful and polite and always with a smile. During our holiday, Hassan drove us back and forth between Marrakech city centre and the villa and to other places too, we had a good laugh and nice chats. Very polite and honest, cars were always very clean.

We had a wonderful stay, we would recommend it without any hesitation and are already considering booking again next year. If I had however to make two suggestions, these would be to improve slightly the quality of the wifi and use more softener for the towels!

Great all round, these people know about hospitality, they looked after us well.
