RIAD THE MILESTONE

Great location. Rooftop area to relax in. Good showers. Table for 6 downstairs. Kitchen. Food market a stroll away. Very clean. Amina looked after us very well.

Antonina and Amina welcomed us to their Riad. Beautiful riad close to medina - quiet, safe and very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable by preparing tasty snacks and freshly prepared breakfast. The beds and linen were comfortable and high quality. Antonina even lended us a local phone to use while we were in town. Would definitely visit again.

It was clean, all the facilities worked exceptionally well. The staff was exceptional, Sara was very lovely and extremely helpful. She organised transportation and helped us out with most of logistics during our stay. Amina was also helpful during our stay. Overall, we had the best time.

NOTHING… NOTHING AT ALL

The Riad was really nice and the bed was probably the best I ever had in Morocco. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could always contact them if we needed anything. We had a great stay there.

My three friends and I (all in our 20s) booked this Riad for my birthday trip and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more! First, we were picked up from the airport by Sara who is part of the team and absolutely lovely. Not only was the pick up and drop off easy but she also helped us find everything during our stay and left us her number in case we needed further help. Then, at the Riad, we were welcomed by Amina and the rest of the team who had kindly prepared a complimentary dinner for us because we had landed late. The food was delicious and Ali, the owner, called to explain that the dishes on offer were traditionally Moroccan and to thank us for choosing his Riad, though it’s nothing shy of a villa by UK standards. It was absolutely beautiful, everything you see in the pictures is what you get when you book, none of it is shared with anyone else. The team comes in every morning to prepare a lovely breakfast with everything you could want, including all kinds of spreads and smoothies, and leaves once you’ve finished eating. The house has everything you could need from robes to skincare to a spare iPhone, macbook and printer ready for use. The outside pool is heated so though we went in January we were able to swim/relax in it! There were heaters in the house so we weren’t too cold but do be mindful of the fact that Riads are built for the summer so it can naturally get a little cold in the winter months. Apart from that we cannot fault Riad the Milestone at all. The team even gifted me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday! The owner of the Riad also owns a spa so we were given free soaps and discounts there too. Honestly, this was probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at and we travel a lot. We came back to the UK a week ago and have already recommended it to everyone we know! The staff is very kind and helpful, the Riad is beautiful, modern, and well-stocked, and the price for what you get is amazing value!

I just have to say the whole experience with Raid the Milestone was so seamless from the airport pickup to sending us back to the airport and this is definitely the best Airb and b experience for my family so far. We were greeted by a lovely lady Sarah at the airport and that definitely make it difference, as it saved the hassle negotiating with the taxi driver. Massive credit to Amina and her team who look after us so well during our stay. We have travelled with our one year old boy and they have equipped the Raid so well with the baby cot, all the soft liens and bedding prepared, (credit to the owner’s wife Antonina who we met during our stay, lovely lady) high chair set up before we arrived. We have arrived around dinner time and didn’t wanna trip out for diner for first night so we have asked Ali (the owner) to prepared dinner for us. We were amazed by Amina’s cooking and everyone was filled with a big smile on their face on our first night. Breakfast and the afternoon tea were excellent and delicious. The Raid was nice and clean everyday. Amina and her team were professional and friendly, they took care of all our requests. Ali and Antonina was so lovely and they have checkin with us during our stay to make sure we were being looked after by their team. All the small touches from the whole team really make it stand out from the other air b and b. Our stay at Marrakesh was beautifully ended with a spa recommended by Antonina. I was curious why the review was 10 out of 10 before we arrive but you will know the answer why when you have stayed with them. My family would definitely come back to Raid the Milestone when we visit Marrakesh again.

What a fantastic riad. The hosts and their check in team were superb. Would absolutely stay again. Sara was brilliant host manager and Abdul could not have been more helpful. No request was too much.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was exceptional, Amina and her crew were very kind and accomodating. They really pampered us and ensured we had fresh juice and tea everytime. And Ali treated us with so much respect and grace, gave us discounts at the Spa(everyone should definitely get Hamman ✌🏽) and gave us a parting gift. He is the best.

Our Stay at the Riad Milestone was one of our best Airbnb experiences and infact better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The Riad itself was beautiful, clean, modern with high quality fittings and in a very central location. The pool was heated so was great for the weather we travelled in. Cannot get over how soft their bathrobes were! The place was very thoughtfully set up; we travelled with a baby and everything we could have possible needed was available for us; muslin cloths, 2 types of bedding, wipes, cutlery, bathtub everything! Breakfast and tea were included and catered to our preferences. Aminah and our house helpers were caring, kind and very efficient. They took care of all our requests and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Antonina our host, was always available for us and genuinely invested in our trip and made sure we were given the best deals. Antonina recommended a spa which was also excellent. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone travelling to Marrakech. If this property is available for your dates.. BOOK IT.
