Villa Serenité

Really nice place to stay! The hostess of the house is very nice and an excellent cook! We highly recommend!

Built with care. Nice set-up.

Not well maintained. Some things were falling apart, like door handles, slabs next to the pool and on the floor. Dishwasher not working. No dustpan to clean. No paper in the toilets. No shower gel or hand wash soap or dispenser. The tap of the bathtub was falling apart. There were noises from the water heater that prevented us to sleep one night. Internet was not working in the living room when we arrived. No water boiler (we were told it was broken but never got a new one). No electric plug adapter (we asked and got only one for 8 people). No washing detergent. More issues that I may have forgotten about. During our 5 nights stay the pool boy came only once to clean. The cleaning lady did not wait for our arrival (she texted that she was sick) and we did not have an introduction of the property. On another occasion she said she had to go to a cremation and cane at 11 am to clean. When we left she was not there to check the property.

The villa was amazing, a very large pool, great livingroom and a very nice host

Very spacious and beautiful sense of nature.

Bunk beds were uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the couch.

The house is just AMAZING. Christell- the maid- is basically the best- keeps everything superclean, cooks delicious meal, she also worked as a manager for our dreams to realize : such as a swimming with whales and dolphins, massages, deep sea fishing trips etc.

I liked just everything.
