Villa La Maja Beachfront

The villa was perfect; it was equipped with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the well-maintained garden, which had an exceptionally rich and beautiful collection of drought-tolerant plants. It was close to beautiful beaches, ferries to Lobos, and just a 20-minute walk to the town center. Yet, it was calm and quiet at night. During the day, the beach bar in the neighborhood is open, but it was not disturbing at all. It was a very good base to explore the northern part of the island (though you do need a car for this).

I would just be being picky.

This villa was outstanding it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location is great it's about a 20 min stroll into town or a €4/5 taxi. The villa itself though was located perfectly for us for everything we needed and right next to a few beaches which were excellent the garden was used every day without fail for breakfast and relaxing throughout the day. Inside the villa everything was spotless and really comfortable with lots of space to chill out and watch Netflix/prime ect and make drinks on the kitchen/bar island if you don't fancy a whole night out. The bed was very comfortable right next to the rear garden on the beach so you get all that sea breeze coming through the window that's very welcoming. Vicky and Francisco who are the points of contact whilst staying at the villa are so so helpful if you need them. Vicky thanks again for your help on our arrival and departure it was so appreciated 😀

That we couldn't stay for a few months longer

The location is fantastic & peaceful yet so close to shops, bars and restaurants. We’ll return early 2025 all being well

Even though we stayed in late September the weather was mid to late 20c every day. The fans were a blessing at night but think a decent air con unit would be beneficial.

We loved our stay at Villa La Maja - the location is amazing, right on the sea front overlooking the bay of Corralejo with super views. Everything was very clean and the villa had everything we needed, with a well equipped kitchen, great shower and good WIFI. Outside is a cute, immaculately kept garden with plenty of seating areas and even a hammock. The town is an easy 15 minute walk along the beach path, where there are tons of excellent restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. There's even a beach bar next door to the villa, but it didn't disturb us at all - very convenient if you fancy a drink/snack whilst watching the windsurfers :) Check-in was very easy and we were given such a warm welcome. Francisco is the best host and one of the kindest people ever. We've stayed in Corralejo several times and this was our best stay by far.

We liked everything.

We spent two weeks in this small, cozy house, and it was fantastic. If you’re looking for a peaceful place right by the sea, this is the one. The bustling center of Corralejo, with all its restaurants and vibrant life, is just a few minutes' walk away. But here, you can simply enjoy the soothing sounds of the wind and the ocean :)

Villa La Maja is perfectly located with access directly onto the beach. The garden of the villa is a fabulous private space for lounging and soaking up the sun, barbecuing, and Al fresco dining. The villa has close access to all amenities, is very well appointed, and has a great cafe / bar next door which closes at 5pm so doesn't affect the peace & tranquility.

What a great villa. My husband and I were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this place helped us to do just that. The villa was clean, comfortable and set in a beautiful location, right on the beach with a fantastic view of the sea and of Corralejo town. The villa had everything we needed to make it a home away from home. It also had plenty of outside seating/sun bathing areas and has a beautifully maintained garden. The villa owner and manager were very kind and attentive during our stay. We would not hesitate to book again.
