Luxury spacious holiday Villa with heated swimming pool

Luxury villa this isn't. Neighbours up until 1am for half of our stay and told to call the police by the owner straight away as he hadn't met the neighbours yet and then changed his mind saying its usual activity during a Cypriot holiday ( after I complained - I have the text where he said it was unacceptable on the day) yet no other villa did this in the road and this wasn't mentioned when we booked. There is no safe or toiletries so incorrect on listing as not provided. The outside pool area was dirty, broken basketball hoop ( we have a photo the day we arrived at 10am it is broken as he's tried to blame us ), 2 deflated lilos unuseable, only 3 sunbeds (5 advertised) shower unusable due to broken tiles ( again mis sold as not recent photo in description) Overgrown plants not in photos on booking, leaves in pool daily. No cupboard space for any food in the kitchen as full of needless kitchen equipment so food had to be stored on the kitchen worktop ? Mould on shower curtain and broken shower, air con unit and light. No manual for anything so couldn't use pizza oven, washing machine without researching. Cockroaches even though we had all doors and windows closed, no advice given on this ( again in previous villas we have had everything in a manual ) tourist info all out of date by 5 years, again shoved in a drawer. Electrical wires and holes in walls. Black tape mending the dining room chairs, fan doesn't work outside, vent on bottom of pool broke and cut a toe which must have already been damaged as its thick hard plastic and he expected us to fit it or wait until after our holiday?! I said it was unacceptable to leave it and we had to refit before we could use the pool. Cut finger on getting out of the pool due to rough unkept edges, a/c unit in bedroom leaking, extension leads added around the house... the list is endless and the owner takes no responsibility.

Best villa we have ever stayed in! The place is so clean, decent spec and so well equipped. Lots of little touches that made it perfect - storage, hangers and hooks, fantastic kitchen equipment, off road parking, activies and games, a cot, and an excellent location between restaurants and a beautiful beach. Feels like a loved and cared for property and not just another villa.

Lovely spacious peaceful villa, with a good size pool and a great outdoor space. Our family enjoyed the table tennis, dartboard and bbq - the kitchen also had everything we needed. There were plenty of options for sun and shade throughout the day around the villa with the pool being in the sun the whole time. The pool heating was great, we visited in April and the water was lovely and warm. It was a couple of minutes walk to a lovely little beach with a great beach bar. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions and we had a brilliant stay here. The main road has a supermarket, ice cream shop and several nice restaurant’s - we would recommend Kara’s, Just Italian and Kalifi.

The location was ideal, with very easy access to Malama Beach. The house was clean, and the host, George, was very supportive, answering all our questions promptly. The house looked exactly like the pictures, featuring a large swimming pool, a pool table, and a foosball table. I highly recommend this property for families of 5-6 people.
