Location is great

Avoid this villa — dirty, infested, unsafe, and under surveillance. We stayed only 2 out of 8 nights due to cockroach infestation, leaking shower, broken lights, and loud A/C making sleep impossible. Pest control had to spray both inside and outside — I have video proof of cockroaches running during treatment. The host lives next door and has a camera pointed at the pool area — a serious privacy violation. After raising concerns, she dismissed everything, lied to Booking, and even messaged us to leave immediately — with kids — early in the morning. I spent over 7 hours on the phone with Booking, chasing updates. In the end, they refunded only for the nights we didn’t stay, despite all the evidence I provided. The host’s public response is full of lies and personal insults. I stand by every word — and I have proof. This villa is not clean, not safe, and not honestly managed. Avoid it. Your response is not only false, it’s disgraceful. Instead of taking responsibility for a poorly maintained, pest-infested property, you resort to insulting paying guests and spreading lies. I have video and photo evidence of cockroaches, pest control treatment, broken equipment, and more — all of which was shared with Booking.com. Your claim that we fabricated anything is absurd and desperate. We were refunded only for the nights we didn’t stay — and only after I spent over 7 hours chasing Booking.com to act. Nothing about our experience was “free” — we lost time, sleep, and peace of mind. You ignored serious health and safety issues, violated privacy laws by having a camera aimed at the pool, and then told us to leave immediately with children, offering no help. That speaks for itself. I stand by everything I wrote — and I have the evidence to prove it.
