The layout was nice, I loved the infinity pool outside our front door. The kitchenette was modest, but enough.

The privacy between patios was a little limited

Our stay at Katikes Manis Suites in Kardamylli was nothing short of magical. Nestled high on a hill, our modern two-bedroom villa offered breathtaking views over the sparkling turquoise waters of Dolphine Paralia—a view so serene it felt like living in a painting. From the moment we arrived, the charm of the villa captivated us. Sleek yet cozy, the design masterfully balanced contemporary elegance with natural stone accents and traditional touches. Each room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and opened out onto the sun-drenched terrace, where the real showstopper awaited: the infinity pool. Floating there at sunset with a glass of local wine in hand, watching the sun dip into the sea—it was pure bliss. The hosts Lambros and his dad (apologies I forgot his name) were incredibly welcoming, offering tips on local tavernas, hidden beaches, and nearby walking trails that made us feel more like locals than guests. They were so gracious and humbled that we chose their establishment. Every detail, from the olive trees to the authentic Mani stone villas to the incredible gravity free beds, soft linens and luxurious bath products, was curated with care and love. A visit here is more than a retreat, it’s a renewal of mind, body, and spirit which leaves us with a longing to return.

A really beautiful, clean and quality stay! An amazing view from every room, balcony and outdoor area. The infinity pool was just stunning. The private walk down to the secluded stair into the ocean was a great plus + Great little kitchenette and 2 separate bathrooms/showers!

Parking could also be improved by marking a spot for each car. I would also have appreciated being able to choose a thinner pillow. Scissors in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The place is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and well-equipped, with an incredible view and direct access to the sea via a private path and small ladder — so convenient! The team was incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly lovely and peaceful spot — we would absolutely come back!
