Vila 8 Bedrooms 5 bathrooms and theater room, golf course view

I didn't like how it was ants in the bathtub and around the house. I didnt like that there was dirty pots and pans for my family and I to use. I also didnt like how some of the tvs were not working properly. I feel the house could have been cleaned alot better. The house do not look up to date like the pictures thats online. I am really upset that I paid 45 to heat the pool but never got instruction on how to heat the pool so I wasted 45 dollars.

The smell of bug spray was all through out the house the entire stay. Difficult getting in touch with someone to fix the PIN code for the front door so luckily someone was at the property the entire stay so we wouldn’t get locked out

The house size for my family was excellent. We all had our own space.

The security company is very rude and does not work well with quest and their problems getting into the gated community as well as locating your actual air bnb

All spaces are great, the location and condo are great, pool, and game room nice, easy check in checkout, I want to come back, but I am taking into consideration some recommendations.

7 bedrooms, only Rooms 6 and 7 need to improve the mattresses. The grill barbecue was clean, but they needed to scrape out loose debris and gunk from the bottom of the grill and the grease tray. Theater room with DVD player but no CD to use. many of the control batteries are dead (TV, control game xbox, etc). Is better using a fire stick with some apps directly to the proyector and use a personal Bluetooth speaker. They need to update information about additional charge to use barbecue 80$ per stay and to use hot tub pool $45 per day. We agree to use barbecue free of charge after some messages. Thank you.

Snakes holes and snake was in front of the home wrapping around a tree and they wouldn't move it because it was not a poisonous snake. Dryer wasn't working. No bath rags but they had towels
