民宿室内配置太简陋了，厨房用具配备不到位，最起码的厨房抹布都没有，更不要说洗涤用品

New. Clean. Tall ceilings. Beautiful views. Great pool. Plenty of parking. quiet.

Limited storage for suite cases

Quiet place, fantastic view, elegant and comfortable house. Well functioning AC with 3 independent units in the 3 rooms. Practical parking right outside the door. Host provided dishwashing tools and a cuple of dishwasher tablets.

Not very easy to find, follow your gps! No water on the morning of our departure. Well equiped kitchen, but no sharp knives or scissors... We would have appreciated some essentials like Salt, vinegar etc. Although little sugar and 4 Nespresso pods were available upon arrival.

We are visiting Casa di mare 5 years already, great views, quiet and secluded.

It seems they have dropped the quality. There is a problem with hot water. We could not take a shower in the evening, but there was no response from the host. Dirtier than what it was previous years. There was a garden lightning before, now it was pitch black with no light outside. The towels were torn with dangling threads. The dishes are dirty and worn.

Overall we were happy with the villa, the location and view from the terrace are superb. A mid week service with clean towels was welcome but it would have been nice to know this would happen! The villa was very clean and the pool was cleaned a few times while we were there. In general we loved it but for the money there were things that could be improved - see below.

This property could be absolutely superb with a bit more attention to detail. As others have said previously it is in need of a bit of cosmetic tlc and it is definitely short on basics in the kitchen. It would have made life a lot easier if the following were provided: a small sharp knife, a tea towel, a dishcloth, more cups, an ice cube tray. Also it was odd that there was only one tall stool by the breakfast bar? Most of the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I should also point out to future occupants that Google directions takes you past the turning to the villa, in the dark it was really difficult to find and a sign at the end of the turning would really help.

It could’ve been cleaned a little bit better , the dishwasher was not working, and it wouldn’t close, they give you a new sponge, but no dishwashing detergent, it just lacked all the little things

They view at this property was exceptional. It was nice and clean and in a perfect location. Surrounding beaches were beautiful. Would definitely stay there again
