Good for families gathering, spacious and clean.

We love the quietness and peacefulness of the area, we love the view of Mt. Kinabalu. Water pressure, water heater works very well. We enjoyed the garden and its amenities, my kids love the rabbits. Kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, utensils, cutleries and plates. Soap and shampoo is provided. Fresh towel and bed linen provided upon check in. TV works well with limited chanel. Basic dining and living area. Security is VERY GOOD, we do not have to worry about our car as it is parked in a gated area and locked every night. Owner is there 24/7, so we feel safe.

The flooring was VERY COLD. Adults can wear indoor shoes provided. But none provided for kids. I have 7y/o, 5y/o and 2y/o tiptoeing everywhere they walk. Perhaps, can provide carpet or mat, or atleast let us know earlier about the floor so we are more prepared for our kids. Nevertheless, we will surely come back, but this time, more prepared.

Getting to the location is convenient with a vehicle. The presence of en-suite bathrooms in all four rooms is a notable advantage, especially for couples, eliminating the need for toilet queueing. The kitchen is well-equipped with sufficient utensils. The garden is a delightful feature, and the direct view of Mt Kinabalu is truly awe-inspiring. The helpers were extremely helpful, and the host responded promptly, offering valuable tips. The beds were clean and comfortable.. very satisfied. We also like the hotwater to all the toilets and sink.

Some minor touchup to the walls and bathroom fittings will definitely increase the rating 1 more notch. No wifi though.
