The properly is beautiful far beyond what the photos show. All of the suites in the villa was amazing and the staff were great and very accommodating.

There's no shops around the area or walking distance so getting food and things that you need is quite difficult. Although the breakfast is nice, you have the same thing everyday which gets boring after day2. You also have to request for eggs to be made. If you are not driving, I'd recommend getting a driver as the initial taxi driver that was recommended kept changing the prices for journeys even though this was originally agreed.

The taxi went to the back gate and the owner was extremely rude. A bad start.

We had to leave the property as the power went three times out, we had kids and it was in the 40s heat wise. They promised a refund for the booking as it was not possible to stay there. Two weeks later and they have not refunded the money, which was significant. Booking.com has also not been helpful. The property is very far from town and hard to get taxis to (they are not meant to work outside a certain radius). You do not have your own key, so you have to call them everytime you wish to leave or enter - not good. Even without the fraud and I would never stay here. Be warned good travellers.

Very modern, big and aesthetically pleasing. The butler Wadie is what made the stay the best. He was the most funny, helpful and on the ball with everything. He provided excellent customer service at all times, always happy to assist or advise with anything. Nothing was too difficult to assist with. He became like family to the group than just a butler. I definitely recommend anyone to book this villa it’s one of the best I’ve stayed at.
