"Exceptional villa , stunning location and amazing host"

The villa is stunning and luxurious. Eleni is the most perfect host. The villa is around a 20 min walk into Ayia Napa however some of the time we used Bolt which was only €10. The villa has the best of both worlds . Peace and quiet but close enough to the resort. Highly recommend

"Perfect Family accomodation"

The Villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is very Spacious and there are TVs in every bedroom, living room and dining area The host was great at communication and there is a helpful "tip" board for guest with useful numbers eg takeaways/taxi Would definitely return here. You do need a car to be able to get around (we used Taxi but it can add up if you are doing lots of trips) Villa is located less than 15 mins (by car) from most things.

"Beautiful Villa in Aiya Napa"

The Villa was clean tidy and had everything you would need for a 2 week stay.Pool was cleaned every 3 days, and if we needed to know anything, Eleni was in touch to let us know. The Villa is situated just outside of Aiya Napa, so near enough for pubs and restaurants, but far enough away to be nice , peaceful, and chill around the pool. All of the rooms were air conditioned and spotlessly clean. If you go to Aiya Napa, this Villa is a must. we went with 2 friends, and it's honestly the best Villa we have stayed in. Honestly, everything you would need and was a home from home Villa. We will definitely stay here again

"Great villa and value for money"

Villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool and patio area were fab!

Only negative was the dogs in the neighbouring property barked constantly :(

This villa had everything🥰 It was clean and all equipment were fine. Pool cleaned three times while we stayed there👍 If i had some questions, Eleni answered fast.

Some nights the dogs nearby barket a lot

Fantastic villa and great hosts villa was in great condition and pool was perfect size would definitely return again.
