Everything was great!

Nissi Villa. It great pleasure to visit this place for vacation! Everything was ready when we come , the cleaning was perfect! Everything what we were needed was available and even extra! We ordered ice cube form and the owner brought it next day! Beach towel and blankets everything was included) The BBQ and pools is great addition for this villa. It would be great just to have some spare key for house. The location is perfect, few min to nissi beach but more calm and less crowded places. For sure will choose Nissi Villa for next vacation with friends and also it is great with children;)

GREAT VILLA FOR FAMILY and friends' Vacation. Everything was nearby: markets, café-restaurants, Nissi beach is just 5 mins walk. The hosts was very helpful, friendly and attentive. They answered any questions at once and even asked anytime for help or whether we needed smth. We also enjoyed with the pool which located just behind the property and barbecue was equipped with everything we needed. WE SPEND PERFECT TIME IN THIS VILLA!

Location was amazing, 3 min walking to Nissi beach. the hosts KK and Mary were exceptional, so helpful, they made us to feel at home. I loved it! would recommend 1.000 x

Very clean, 5 minutes to Nissi beach on foot. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a terrace. It seems like the owner has taken care of everything to make guests feel very comfortable in their property. The owner is very kind. I know where to stay next time in Ayia Napa

Simply outstanding. What a beautiful villa set in an exclusive part of Ayia Napa, Nissi beach. Mary have got this place absolutely spot on. You could not ask for anymore, quite simply a home from home. The villa itself is absolutely spotless, tastefully furnished and complete with all the home comforts you could ask for .The villa was clean, had everything we needed .The downstairs toilet was very handy with the children. Every room is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and you can see that there has been a lot of hard work gone in to making it not just a stunning holiday let, but a lovely home. I honestly cannot thank enough Mary for all her help too. She helped us with car hire, told us where to go shopping for food to save on cost and give us a briefing on the operation of the air-con, washing machine etc.We hired a car from Angel Taxi ( office is near the beach) car rentals- would also reccomend them and often drove to Ayia Napa centre which was 5 min away and cost us €10. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning so thank you very much especially for BBQ - that helped us to save money for restaurants 😀.

We had an amazing experience staying at Nissi Villa in Cyprus to celebrate my wife's birthday. The villa was absolutely perfect - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marry was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Cyprus!

We loved our stay at Nissi Villa. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Stunning pool which was a bit cold but still good for this time of the year. Host Mary was very helpful during our break. We highly recommend this place!

I would have liked more information regarding operating the electronics, but I contacted the host and she talked me through the process.
