Large space

Pool too cold, Mattresses need to be replaced. A little further out than I thought Work is been done on the other property with no privacy due to no deviided fence.

Just got home from an amazing week in villa Anita, was my 60th and so me and 8 friends stayed for the week, the villa had everything you needed, nice quiet location, we had the best week, highly recommend

The property catered well for our 2 families- 4 adults and 5 children, there was plenty of space for us all and a good size outdoor area. The beds were very comfy and the staff were very helpful any time you needed to contact them.

Overall our stay was nice but a few things could be improved. The pool had very high chlorine levels so goggles were essential, especially for children. The outdoor furniture could do with being updated. The pine needles from the tree were falling in the pool and needed to be scooped out multiple times a day but that is down to the time of year we went (October). There were lots of ants around the villa and in 2 of the bedrooms, which wasn’t pleasant especially for children. You couldn’t have the dishwasher and the washing machine on at the same time or else the power would trip. Overall it was nice but a few bits freshened up around the place would make a huge difference.

Loved the location, pool and size of property. The service we received was amazing as had a problem with air con, reported and fixed same day.

Not exactly what I didn’t like but felt we could have done with a bit more pool maintenance due to winds we had to sweep every day and could have done with an extra parasol as only had one between 10 of us.

The Villa is located on a large residential estate but it is quiet. Great location for getting around by local taxi or short walk to local bar/restaurant and supermarkets. The property is perfect for a family with 5 large bedrooms and ample bathrooms all laid out in a comfortable configuration.

A couple of items didn’t work and the pool maintenance was poor but I reported these to the management company who got onto these straight away and fixed where possible. The property could do with a good overall modernisation.

Good sized rooms and pool

Feels old and in need of updating, only the bedrooms are air conditioned so we couldn’t use the communal rooms. The tiles of the pool are all falling off which is poor
