Waves 3-Bedroom Villa in Protaras

Although the location was nice, we were disappointed to find several broken items inside the house. There was no nespresoo coffee maker available, and the frappe machine was broken. The host assured us that a replacement would be brought, but unfortunately, no one ever came. This was inconvenient and affected our overall experience.

Плохо чистили бассейн, много песка останься. Не было пылесоса (так как брали без уборки, хотелось бы конечно что бы пылесос был)

the villa was new and beautiful, good design.

everything else: it was cold inside, AC-s were not providing any heat, there were no personal face towels (only a single towel in each bathroom), there were no duvets or warm blankets although the weather was cold. When I wrote about the problem the host, they didn't answer till late night - then they told that the AC problem would be fixed next day, and housekeeping could provide us extra blankets for additional fee. After insisting on the problem they agreed to provide blankets/duvets free. However the maintenancr didn't arrive until 2 pm, when we were leaving for the day, and we forgot to take the keys before closing the door and it turns out that the door will not open without the keys. Long story short - the maintenance didn't arrive that day because of the locked door, as housekeeing would only arrive at 6pm (to open the door), and the maintenance couldn't come after 4 pm. We were provided duvets - without any coverage and pretty dirty, and we were provided only 4 duvets although we asked for 5. Wouldn't come here for the second time and wouldn't recommend anybody to come here. this was our worst experience with booking.com so far. And forgot to mention - hot water was only enough for 2 people to shower, after that you needed to wait for a few hours for water to become hot again. And the bathrooms were cold as hell.

we liked the location, close to the beach and local restaurants, very quiet especially at the beginning of January. Villa is very spacious and have a nice potential for a good stay.

When we arrived we found out the bedroom set up is not as described during the reservation. Host admitted the mistake and offered two alternatives which we appreciated (standard of the alternative places was not equal to the one we booked though, and reviews were bad, hence we decided to stay). we were informed before our arrival that the jacuzzi will be prepared only next day due to holiday period - it was ok for us but we needed to wait additional 2 days for someone to arrive „the maintenance team” - three guys, who didn’t clean the jacuzzi, neither disinfect it, asked us to fill it with water (they didn’t know where the pipe with water was) and they left and never came back, even though I’ve asked several times the „hotline” for it. Next surprise was dishwasher- falling out of the cabinet, after many messages exchange on the availability of maintenance team and us not wanting to leave the keys for the house in the keylocker(we had valuable items in the house) we ended up washing all the dishes in the sink. At the end we are accused of breaking the balcony glass, with immediate attempt to charge of the whole deposit (I explained the glass was broken before our arrival), no evidence from the team that they can prove it’s our fault, neither the document of the damage valuation, communication stopped when I asked for any proof (picture of the balcony on the day of our arrival, monitoring etc.). To sum up, the place is nice with great potential, but it is not maintained well, hotline is communicative but they have problems to get the thighs done on top of just sending you tones of messages that they are „checking with their team”.

A beautifully decorated villa in excellent condition. We combined a holiday with some remote work here and this was a great place for that. We didn’t have a car: we mostly walked and took a taxi/bus when needed. It’s a calm and safe neighbourhood with plenty of nice restaurants. The coastline offers gorgeous scenery for walking and running. Beautiful beaches close by, sea water was pretty warm still in November. Pool water was colder, but the jacuzzi was lovely. The house has many balconies and terraces, including the cozy rooftop, so you can always enjoy the sunlight. Great wifi in the ground floor for video calls, and for the smart TV with Netflix. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Small grocery stores are nearby, food delivery services also available. Smooth check in, and I was able to reach the host company easily when needed. Everything was as described and pictured. We would stay here again!

Only very minor inconviences like wifi coverage in some areas, and difficulty figuring out all the switches for the lights and electronics.

Villa is what you see in the photos, beds were comfortable, heated pool was perfect for October weather, very modern and relaxing villa, support service for the villas was very good

Maybe it was a timing issue but villa was not cleaned well at all upon our arrived, but the support service for the villa was very good, they accommodated to all our needs and got the place cleaned within the first 24 hours.

Our family had an amazing time at this villa, even though it was a last-minute booking. The place was impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. Everything was so tidy and organized, making it feel like home. The jacuzzi in the garden was definitely a highlight, especially at night—such a relaxing way to end the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I liked the calmness and coziness of the place. Everything was perfect. The managing company sent me all needed information and they were quick to answer any question I had. The villa is modern, well decorated with all the amenities, and the beds are comfortable. There is enough space in the closets. The pool is what we needed to relax, it is oriented to the west so we can enjoy it till end of day. The kitchen is practical. The villa feels like home, I wish we could stay more. Next time I will certainly book more days. It is also practical as it is close to Kapparis beach, only 500 meters away, nice beach but you have to get there early. Many other nice beaches close also. Supermarket is walking distance also, many restaurants around, italian, Cypriot, I didn’t have enough time to explore them all. Next time I suppose.
