The location was simply incredible ans he house very comfortable and. Perfect for the entire family. Everything works and the pool is and amenities in the house are perfect.

The villa was just as described and more! It had a very well-equipped kitchen and cooking facilities (both inside and outdoor bbq), plenty of lounging space and dining areas outdoors to enjoy the beautiful views and lovely pool as well as very comfortable and quiet bedrooms all fitted with AC. Leo and Michael gave us excellent recommendations for the local area and looked after us throughout our stay, even with the little touches of some excellent homegrown olive oil. We can't wait to visit and stay again!

The house is conveniently located near the village of Kardamyli with excellent beaches, restaurants and all the facilities one may need. The house has an outstanding outdoor, with 6-7 different dining and seating options for all hours of the day. The house and kitchen are very well organized with all amenities and kitchen appliances one may need. Rooms spacious and with comfortable beds and good quality linen. House was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Loved the selection of films and games. You immediately feel this is a house the owners deeply care about.

The main house is much better than the guest house which lacks and AC in the bedroom and privacy on the gallery. Tone of voice in some of the communications was a bit harsh - not something you expect or feel very welcoming when coming into a vacation property.

Quite location but very close drive to beautiful Kardamily; tranquility with breath taking views.

A climate tax has been introduced by the government after I have made the booking and was very disappointed that booking.com offered me to change accommodation when I got there or cancel my booking rather than refund me. Very poor customer services from booking.com

The property is exceptional, beautifully furnished, very spacious, with beautiful gardens, a wonderful infinity pool and fantastic views. The manager, Michael, is very friendly and helpful as well as professional. He is very attentive and responds immediately should you have any needs or concerns. We are a family of 7 (3 generations) and spent 10 wonderful days there. It has our absolutely highest recommendations.

We are a family with 3 kids and we rented the villa with another family with 2 kids. Even though we were a large group with many kids, the villa accommodated us all very comfortably. It is well equipped and all amenities are in excellent condition. It is built on a mountain overlooking the bay of Kardamili and the view is great. I particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool watching the sunsets (highly recommend it if you visit...). The nearest beach and the town of Kardamili are only minutes away by car and other popular beaches and locations in Mani such as Oitylo and Areopoli are within driving distance. Leo was a very good host and was very attentive to our needs.
