Het uitzicht is prachtig, dichtbij supermarkt, bakker, restaurant en loopafstand (10-15min lopen) naar het strand en centrum van Katélios. Het contact met de hosts was goed. Je kan ze appen als er wat is en dan krijg je meteen reactie en wordt er actie ondernemen als dat nodig is. Verder alles aanwezig wat je op vakantie nodig hebt. Het huis is ruim, heeft verschillende terrassen en beneden een ligweide met een heerlijk bubbelbad waar we bijna elke dag gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Fantastisch was het! Katélios is een leuk, gezellig, kleinschalig plaatsje met goede restaurantjes. Het is wel aan te raden om een auto te huren om het prachtige eiland te bekijken.

Het matras van de bedden zijn vrij hard.

The villa was well equipped and beautifully furnished. There were 2 terraces with lovely views. The owner was very welcoming.

It was hard to find. There was no sign and the phone number given was the home phone of the owner not his mobile. This is something he plans to change.

The villa is set in gated, private grounds, meaning it’s quiet & peaceful. Yet, it’s still only a 10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, bars & shops. It is a climb up a steep hill to the property. Fantastic nights sleep due to peace & quiet. There is basic gym equipment & mats in the garage. The property is very homely, well equipped, very clean with lovely decor, games & books. The air conditioning in each room is excellent. Three spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds & linen. Multiple balconies with comfortable furniture. TV in each room. The property does not get cleaned during the stay but there is plenty of linen/towels & a washing machine. There is astroturfing in the garden with sun loungers/chairs, parasols & a modern, working jacuzzi. No pool.Also a carport. We would highly recommend this property, let by a lovely local family, very reasonably priced. We will be back!

Loved the homely feel and the peace & quiet. One of the best places we’ve rented on our many visits to Greece.

The location was perfect and peaceful with a pleasant walk to local amenities, tavernas and the beach. The villa was well equipped and felt like home.

Set in a quiet location, with excellent views, but with "easy" walking to Beach and Taverna's. Well equipped "Home from home" spacious accommodation , 2 bathrooms, excellent outside sitting and eating areas. Private sunbathing areas with sun loungers, jacuzzi and shaded parking. Really friendly family owners met on first and last day!
