The spectacular views, the little details, the abundance of quality food & drink (and coffee), the friendliness of the staff (especially Nali), sleeping with the view of the stars and waking up with the sunrise. Honestly perfect and exceeded expectations!

Nothing! Only feedback would be that there was a LOT of food provided which we could not finish. So perhaps to prevent food waste, they could offer the option for guests to choose prior.

The views are truly stunning. The desert pod itself is private, spacious, clean, well-equipped, and feels luxurious, with lots of comfortable places to sit inside and out to enjoy the solitude of the desert. The private plunge pool was clean and refreshing. The A/C and all other amenities worked well. Tons of snacks and beverages are included. The staff were kind and welcoming. It really is a very special place and you can tell a lot of care was put into its construction!

Food for all your meals is stocked in the fridge in advance, with some variety of mains and sides. For dinner, we decided to grill the provided oryx steaks and vegetables, but found the vegetables were growing mold. This made us concerned that food that was uneaten by prior guests is perhaps left for the next guests (as freshly cut broccoli refrigerated in a well air-conditioned environment shouldn't be molding so quickly). Perhaps worse than the mold, we communicated about a nut allergy well in advance and this was acknowledged by the property. We thought, as we were the only guests, this would be relatively easy to accommodate. Upon arrival, not only were several bowls of nuts out, but most of the provided snacks contained nuts, and the entire dessert tray was also covered in nuts (and this was stacked along with the other food, introducing risk of cross-contamination). This was a very disappointing discovery, especially at such a remote location where it was impossible to go out ourselves to purchase any supplementary or alternative food (anything in your own car is also pretty inaccessible, as you leave your car in a designated parking place and are driven up to the pod by the host). Given the amount of nuts present alongside all the other food, it was difficult to trust that anything was safe to eat. We raised these two food safety issues upon checkout, and the staff were very apologetic, but with these two separate food issues, we spent most of the stay (only 1 night) pretty hungry! Be warned if you have any dietary restrictions that the food may not be safe for you and make sure to bring your own snacks/food with you up to the pod.

The swing seats could be lower to the ground so as not to spill drinks when trying to get in them - but not a major concern

I didn’t like about the property that the chefs the don’t know what it’s gluten free products and the mix food together.. the need to be learn about allergies..

Desert whisper is one of those unique place to visit once in a life. The location, the view, the attention to details, the service everything is extraordinary!! Special mention to Nali who took great care of us.

I would suggest a way to communicate with the management in case of electricity shortage which sometimes happens.
