Florain Otium Talpe

The location is honestly perfect. It’s right in front of the ocean, so you wake up with an incredible view and the sound of the sea. It’s a bit far from some towns, but that’s actually a good thing if you want peace and quiet. Also, the manager Liranga and his assistant were amazing from day one until we left. Always helpful, friendly, and making sure everything was fine. The place is very comfortable and calm. The rooms are big and spacious, and there are only two rooms in the property, so it feels exclusive and really quiet. We had a great stay and I would definitely come back.

The property was a hidden gem in Talpe.. view was phenomenal.. also I have to mention Mr. Nilanga who made the stay really special. I needed a cake for my mom’s birthday and he did everything beyond his limitations and made it occasion really special. He’s an absolute Legend!! I recommend this place 10/10.

Very good view from the villa

Disappointing facilities. ACs and fans did not work, we could not sleep the whole night. It was suffocating for us to be inside the room, and my kid struggled a lot. Door lock of the main gates did not work, we had to keep it open while we left the villa being concerned about our personal belongings. Wifi did not work. Manager gave us hope every time to fix these but didnt really take any step to make our stay comfortable.

Absolutely stunning spot our best stay in SriLanka.Directly located on a peaceful beach but everything within easy reach.Nicely decorated and super roomy for a large group, we enjoyed having the luxury of space. We will return to this beautiful property if ever back in Unawatuna.

Find it very difficult to find fault, hostess was super quick to respond and very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful property with the most stunning views of the beach. Access to the beach is just feet away. This property has everything and more than you could possibly want.
