Riad Oscaroi

Spacious beautiful Riad with lots of character and traditional furnishing. Terrace is wonderful.

The cleaner arrives just after 9 am and stays at the property in the day. She sometimes chats on the phone on speaker which can disturb.

Dispusimos de todo el Riad para nosotros solos. Antes del viaje ya estuvimos en contacto con el anfitrión que nos facilitó el transfer y encomendar el almuerzo. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy confortable

Bon petit déjeuner fait par la gouvernante sympathique.

Ganz tolles Riad und sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Juste un petit couac de communication sur l'arrivée et le nombre de passagers - on a du commander un taxi car l'information discutée de 5 passagers (vs 4 à la commande) n'avait pas été transmise au chauffeur

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’établissement car il était très grand, 3 chambres disponibles avec sa propre salle de bain et ses propre toilettes, tous très bien équipé. Un grand canapé et un lit d’appoint est disponible si vous êtes plus que 6. Les clim nous ont été très utiles durant ce séjour où il a fait très chaud ! La dame de maison nous a préparé chaque matin un superbe déjeuner très copieux et excellent ! Nous avons eu la chance de goûter à son délicieux couscous royal pour notre dernier soir. Équipe très serviable, autant pour la femme de ménage que pour les chauffeurs ! Emplacement nickel pour les souks et même les activités !

Outstanding property, well-designed, with high quality furnishings and good-sized rooms. Great location inside the very busy Medina but completely quiet once inside. Only a short walk to the road where taxis waited.

The housekeeper prepared the breakfast and then made the beds and tidied up, as was expected and done well. However she then stayed in the property all morning, sometimes until 1pm! This is very unusual for a self-catering place and we felt it was an infringement on our privacy - when the details stated "you have the whole property to yourself", this is what we expected and not to share with a staff member every morning! In addition she had a habit of re-arranging things in the summer kitchen upstairs that we used every day - a little annoying, this should have been our area not hers! Worse than annoying was when she dismantled the coffee machine, presumably to wash it, and then didn't re-assemble it, so we had to try and figure out how to put it back - not easy! The rooftop summer kitchen wasn't well-equipped - we had to borrow a sieve and a sharp knife, and there weren't enough cooking pans. On the final day the housekeeper presented us with a bill for the coffee capsules we had used - 150 dirhams each. These were in the summer kitchen when we arrived and we weren't informed we would have to pay for them - usually anything that's in the kitchen on arrival we assume to be for the guests (free) use! She had obviously been counting what we used (by going through our bin?) which again feels intrusive. And it was lucky we still had some dirhams left as we running them down as were leaving the country that morning.

El Riad muy bonito , limpio y espacioso . Aire acondicionado en todas las zonas . La terraza vino muy bien para cenar por la noche y refrescarte en la poza . El personal que nos atendió fue excepcional , muy amables y serviciales.Los desayunos un 10 .

Generalmente no tengo nada que me disgustase . Todo estuvo genial .
