"Great location however I feel that it was very overpriced and the cleaning fee was excessive."

The unit had everything that is needed for a short stay.

I felt that charging a $72.00 was very excessive. Also did not provide milk for coffee even though a coffee machine was provided.

"Nice semi-basement suite of a private house, but don’t expect warm welcoming from the host."

The semi-basement suite is very nice and extremely clean. It is true that it is located near services even if it is not in the center. Even if it is well furnished, we would have appreciated a frying pan and shower mat (it is slippery without it) and also one when you get out so that you wouldn’t wet everything.

We had received instructions prior to our arrival, it was specified 3 times “not to ring the landlord’s door” but we couldn’t open the fence door because it was locked from the other side, so as she hopefully was home, she came outside to correct the situation. But I must say that she didn’t even say “hello” or “welcome” or apologize for the unpleasant incident.

"Great stay and great location"

Great location, great home, all amenities and privacy provided

No sound privacy. You can hear everything upstairs and from the other side of the basement, made it hard to sleep. And you can hear everything outside. As well as there was only 1 fairly thin blanket and a couple small flat pillows. Only 1 big and small bath towel and 1 kitchen towel. Lack of enough amenities for a couple/small family.

"Good location, very suitable if you were on the same wake up schedule as other people using the property."

Very clean and tidy.

It is kind of noisy, you can hear people moving around in other units, water running in the pipes whenever anyone uses any plumbing (sink, shower, toilets.) The 10 AM checkout time is a little bit too early, and the cleaning fee is excessive for my stay as I didn’t use the kitchen or the shower and I was very tidy.
