The owner was so kind with us He helped us in everything we asked him about He is so polite and like to help the other Everything in the cottage was perfect Speaker,bathroom,bed and the barbecue place was so good and was all the things is already available The have a orange dog we named him pluto he is so kind and pleas everybody get their send our hey to him The water so clean to drink it’s come from the mountains and the view is magnificent

The idea of the villa itself is amazing. The views are wonderful, the atmosphere of the mountains and fresh air, silence. Also I can highlight as a plus, it is a smoking ban and provided on request transportation to Batumi.

1. On the first day we could not use the vat, because, according to the owner, there was only enough water to fill one vat (which was ordered in advance by neighbors from another house). 2. On the second day, we ordered a vat for four in the morning, but it was not ready by the specified time. The owner cited poor water pressure. In the end, he did not start filling the vat until seven o'clock in the evening, but the vat was leaking badly, to which the owner only said "sorry" and did not try to solve the issue. It was impossible to make full use of the service because while the water warmed up, half of the water leaked out of the vat. The evening was ruined. 3. It is impossible to be on the second floor during the day as it is very stuffy. There is air conditioning but it does not do its job. 4. The window on the first floor is broken, so it is impossible to open it for ventilation. 5. On the insects that are everywhere in the house you can close your eyes, but in the kitchen in the sink there are ants that crawl all over the kitchen, it is impossible to leave food.

All the bedroom, the view and the bed was very comfortable! The blueberry field and the swing.

Missing of some kitchen equipment (kettle, towel to dry dishes, toaster, grater, better frying pen) and a little insects inside, it's nature, I know. But leave an insect spray or something similar inside. =)

Perfect place to go away from the city and connect with nature, we truly had an amazing time, I would highly suggest for you to do a big grocery shopping before heading there, they have a mini fridge where you can keep everything and the kitchen is a bit small but had everything you need.

Electricity went off a couple times but its normal, we still enjoyed a lot, after all we didn’t go to use our phones. There are some activities you can do such as rafting and horse riding, but you will need a car to get there, its approximately a 15min ride

Very clean place and amazing location, we enjoyed every second and the worker there are wonderful and welcoming, highly recommend.❤️❤️❤️

- The houses themselves look very nice - the second floor with a shower and a bad is amazing! The views are great, you can take lots of photos there. - everything was really clean and neat - the terrace with a table is cozy. - the atmosphere is romantic and inspiring. The overall impression was good. Even though there were some disadvantages, we had a great time. I would recommend this place to stay but with some warnings ahead.

- no one met us at the property, we had to wait with the bags under the hot sun until the host came. - the air conditioner on the second floor was not working which was a real disaster during the day. It’s extremely hot on the second floor (even with an open window and a fan) and it caused a lot of discomfort. - ants on the first floor were annoying. We left flowers in a vase on the first floor and the ants simply attacked the bouquet 😢. They were also on the kitchen, on the table, on the floor - everywhere. Fortunately, we have not seen any on the second floor. - also we did not have a swinging chair on the terrace (while there was one at the second house) not a big deal, but still

Outstanding location, breathtaking view, beautiful water cask.

Not working AC upstairs (when I asked to fix it, manager Irakly just invited me to the table and proposed some wine, which is was great style of negotiation, but didn’t fix the AC))). You expect much more privacy from this place, though houses are very close to kinda restaurant house (more like homecooking), where you can meet company of owners friends drinking and listening music super loud at 11pm. They switched off only after big ask.
