"⚠️ Te cobran la villa más cara, pero te hospedan en una inferior"

La piscina por que puede disfrutar con mi hijita.

Pagué la tarifa completa por una 'Villa con piscina privada de 90 m² con Vistas al Mar'. Sin embargo, el hotel me entregó una villa de categoría inferior que estaba lejos de la playa y no tenía la vista al mar prometida en el anuncio. Pasé toda mi estadía en una habitación que no correspondía a lo que contraté y pagué en la plataforma. Al reclamar, la administración se negó a realizar el reembolso de la diferencia económica. Exijo una auditoría de este alojamiento por publicidad engañosa y el reembolso parcial por el incumplimiento de los servicios contratados❌ Malísima gestión: No te dan la categoría de villa que pagas

La vista no es muy buena al mar , porque hay plantas que tapan, deberían podarlas para que la vista sea mucho mejor.

La ubicación, muy cerca a la playa, y el bungalow, muy cómodo.

La piscina era bonita, pero muy pequeña. Igual se pudo disfrutar.
