hotel good. tiles in bathroom did not slope toward drain . meaning a little water could pool there. security guard escorts you to your room of an evening. just standard procedure. looks inside to see if you travelling alone. and if yes you get a call at 1am asking if you want a massage

Staff nya ramah dan menyenangkan hanya saja di hari ke 2 ketika minta kamar di bersihkan dr jam 6 pagi sampai kembali ke hotel jam 3 sore kamar masih ttp dlm keadaan kotor semoga kedepan bisa lebih diperbaiki lagi

It was average.

Our room was upgraded from superior room 117 to grand deluxe room 518 as there was problem with wifi coverage. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ten minutes to Pasar Baru Trade Centre and to Alun Alun Bandung. The only con is insufficient lighting in the room.

the room a bit rundown. lighting not bright enough. bathroom water does not drain off well.

Hotel is centrally located in the city (and may experience heavy traffic jam at certain hours). Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. But shower area in the toilet is dirty - we found a small cockroach.

Pelayanan ramah, bagus, kamar hotel perlu renovasi, karena lampu gelap, ac berisik, perabotan yang sudah menguning.

Room was very old with drawings on the wall. Lights were not working properly and room was not well lit. Breakfast selection was great.
