Nice villa set in a gated estate in a quiet location it had a large room with kitchen fridge seating area and large king sized bed nice bathroom with modern shower plenty of hot water Nice pool set in lovely well kept gardens

Not enough cutlery only one desert spoon We both got biten by something not sure if we got them from in the room or from sitting out on the terrace they definitely weren't mosquito bites

Quiet tranquil setting we loved having breakfast on the veranda. Recliner chairs would have been fabulous as we spent so much time here relaxing Very close to the pool where there is plenty of shade

Sophie is an amazing host, starting from the moment we booked the place, until we left, everything was flawless. Sophie and Kasthuri were really kund and super quick in responding to every request and made our visit memorable. The villa was really complete with all facilities and Cavelossim beach is just a short walk away.

Owner of the resort - Sophie is very helpful and responsive. Check-in experience was very smooth. We loved the resorts location, its 6 mins walk from the beach and within 3 mins walk from good restaurants. Best part is the resort itself, its a one room villa within a gated community. Very well managed and clean and safe. There is a supermarket rite out side the main gate. swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Best part is i used zomato to order food and got door delivery on every location!! I would recommend this resort to families that prefer laid back vacation and just relax..

nothing to complain!

The villa is situated in a gated property with many other similar villas of various sizes. All in great state of maintenance.The grounds are very well maintained and are peaceful and pleasant. Villa casita is perfect for a couple. It is clean comfortable and the outside veranda a great place to sit relax and enjoy the garden. The swimming pool is generous and well maintained. It is used by families with all ages participating. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing break.

- the location (supermarket and beach is right around the corner) - Privacy - comfy bed - clean and tidy bathroom - bonus of washing machine, fridge (stocked with water and milk at check in), stove (with seasonings and tea)

Perfect studio villa for a couple. Ideal location close to the pool, 10 minute easy walk to the beach and beach shacks and very close to other restaurants. Sophie, our host could not have been more helpful and always responded very quickly to our requests for help or information.. Would definitely recommend.

What's not to like??!!

Lovely location, 7-8 minutes from the beach, and lush gardens in the complex. Very comfortable studio, with a basic kitchenette, and a lovely verandah The large swimming pool is just a few steps from the house.

Sometimes, when there is a party at the Novotel, the sound carries into the house. During the day, it is extremely peaceful.
