Sirinan Villa Nimman ChiangMai

Spacious and great location close to many great restaurants and just a few minutes to a good grocery store. A short tuk tuk ride into the center of Chiang Mai. The pool/hot tub was great in the evening.

The home is showing its age, but all in all is in pretty good shape.

It has a spa pool!!!

It's close to all the coffee joints needed. Very near to the locations we wanted to go: One nimman. The pool came as a surprise. The owner is friendly n helpful. He greeted us on the phone as he could come personally to meet us when we arrived but end up came n greeted us upon check out. Nice gesture.

The floor is slippery. Just take extra caution stepping out from the toilet. Other than that, its a comfortable stay for us!

Free airport pick up ane drop off is very comfortable to us. Daily clean, and nice pool. We are very enjoyed for 2 weeks🇹🇭🇹🇭

Great location on quiet dead-end street. Large house with lots of space! Our family really enjoyed the pool (which doubles as a jacuzzi since it has bench seats and is only 12 feet long). Beds were comfortable, which can be hard to find! We appreciated the daily housekeeping in the kitchen and the drinking water supplied. Very responsive owner was easy to contact when issues came up.

This is not a modern, brand-new property. Some things are falling apart (like tiles coming off the pool, for example). We really enjoyed our time, but it’s important to know what you’re getting. A few updates would be nice - to match the cost of these accommodations. Kitchen could use more pots and pans. Large living room needs more comfortable furniture.
