Villa Marianne

Maisemat ovat todella upeat. Teranssit ovat hienoja. Asuinkerros on siisti ja hieno. Jos matkustat max. 4 aikuista ja 2 lasta niin majoitus on hyvä.

Alakerrassa voimakas homeen haju. Alakerrassa yksi makuuhuone ja yksi kylpyhuone joita hajun vuoksi oli terveydelle haitallista käyttää. Meitä oli 5 aikuista ja 2 lasta joten majoittuminen pelkästään yläkertaan oli mahdotonta. Alakerrassa oli jo valmiiksi kosteusvaurioita näkyvissä seinissä, ovissa ja kalusteissa. Lomamme aikana alakerran kylpyhuoneen viemäristä jätevedet tulvivat pitkin lattioita. Haju oli aivan kauhea. Jätevesien tulvimisen jälkeen seuraavana päivänä majoituspaikka järjesti jätekaivon tyhjennyksen jonka jälkeen meidän olisi majoituspaikan mukaan käytettävä normaalisti alakertaa. Emme suostuneet. Jätevedet olivat alakerrassa 2 päivää jonka jälkeen majoituspaikka suostui siivousryhmän paikalle kutsumaan. Ulkona useammassa paikassa portaissa valot eivät toimineet ja uima-altaaseen valot tulivat vasta yhdeksältä. Pimeällä liikkuminen oli vaarallista. Pimeä tuli jo heti seitsemän jälkeen. Illanvietto oli haastavaa. Majoituimme 11 yötä ja useamman pyynnön jälkeen saimme valot muutamaksi loppu yöksi. Saimme bookingilta korvausta valituksen jälkeen vähän yli 300e. Maksoimme majoituksesta yli 2500e... Majoituspaikassa ei ole kahvinkeitintä. Saimme vastauksen että kapselikeitin on korvannut kahvinkeittimen. Ilmastointilaitteet ovat todella kova äänisiä ja niistä tippuu laattateransseille vettä. Liukas yhdistelmä. Laitoimme luksus huvilan teransseille sankkoja ja pulloja vesien tippumisen vuoksi. Kauan odotettu ja hyvin suunniteltu kolmen sukupolven luksusloma sai huonon käänteen jo heti ensimmäisistä päivistä.

The villa has almost everything you might need during the vacations, spacious for a bigger family or two families. The view is amazing, good pool. If still anything needed - the host reacts quickly.

Nice and calm area, great views, refreshing pool.

The location was good, as anticipated. The views were stunning. The pool was lovely. Everywhere inside the villa was spotlessly clean.

Only one set of keys provided. No life preserver for the pool, and no pool toys for the children, so we had to buy these and leave them behind at the end of our stay. We were there for 10 days but the villa was not serviced during that time. Given the cots of the villa, I would have expected at the very least one of more changes of towels and probably also a change of bed linen. There was no advice on local supermarkets or restaurants.

Incredible house with an amazing view. Excellent to be there with a group of friends. The house is full equiped making your stay very comfortable. The hosts were really good, we had totally freedom using the house during our stay, we had to write them just once for one with the hot water and they solved it in the same day.

Is a little away from the downtown and the best beaches, so we had to drive around 40 min every time that we went to the west side of the island. But, is something that you know before hand.

It has the most amazing view across to the sea with a lovely sunbathing area. The villa is equipped with everything you need. We arrived to a lovely basket of fruit, bread and wine etc and a couple of days in a basket of fresh pastries were left for us. What a lovely thoughtful thing to do. Karolina who we met for handover of keys was super helpful with suggestions for taxis, restaurants etc. The villa is 5 mins drive to the lovely seaside resort of Almyrida which in early season had a couple of good restaurants open.

Nothing at all but if I were to be extra picky, the double mattress in one of the bedrooms is so hard it makes it difficult to have a good nights sleep but just choose another room 😁

Nothing in particular, everything was easy and straight forward. The mattress in the main bedroom was a bit hard

the views. the villa is beautiful. location is perfect. the size is perfect. the infinity pool is beautiful. very well stocked in kitchen and throughout home with towels and essentials.

the beds were not comfortable. many items were broken such as the pool step towel holders and toilet seats were loose. the cleaning crew and groundskeeper and maintenance came early and shortened the stay. they should come at 11 or later (after check out). we could not enjoy the last morning
