Central Manchester Family-Friendly Home with Free Parking and Workspace

The location is perfect for what I need for work, and the bed was very comfy. The house overall was clean for me and my 2 children. It had the basics and a working TV and heating. Austin was also quick to respond when the cot I requested had been forgotten, but he brought it across promptly. For me, I would stay there again, providing its kept in a clean state

I was upset that the cot wasn't there upon my arrival as I was told it would be. I had travelled 3 hours and had a tired 6 month old baby who needed to sleep Property does need a lot of work on it. Downstairs radiator was leaking, bathroom door handle had fallen off. Electrics are hit and miss, lights flickering, and wires sticking out of the ceiling. blinds with tape on. But nothing that can't be resolved. I had read previous reviews and noticed improvements had been taken on board, I was disappointed at the lack of coffee and tea facilities which are said to be available upon arrival as I could have done with a coffee after the long journey

Beds were clean and comfortable

Wallpaper pealing off wall electric cupboard door hanging open no way to secure. Problem with electrics lights flikering electric light cable hanging from ceiling problem with plumbing shower tray did not drain properly. Used dishwasher and it filled with bubbles which then covered kitchen floor. Blinds all over house broken. I cut my hand on shower room door handle as coating coming off and it was sharp. Cobwebs everywhere damp in places and the house smelled musty. I took my 9 month old grandaughter not a fit place to take a baby her babygrow was filthy after crawling for 10 minutes.

The house was a good size, parking was good and it's close to the city

The house is tired and could do with some money spending on it, the electrics need to be finished and the curtains/ blinds either don't fit or are ripped

Overall the place was good. It had good facilities. The host, Austin was very helpful and in communication. It had the items that we needed. Anything that needed to be sorted out was done by Austin. Had decent rooms and loads of space. Nice kitchen and overall comfortable. Location was good from the city center, easy to get into the apartment. While not a modern, new place, it was good.

The cleanliness was not the greatest but also not bad. Main thing is that the previous occupant left unwashed dishes in the dishwasher. Should have been caught and handled by the Host. There are some minor repairs that should be done in the house to make it even better--things like replace some door knobs, replacing some blinds, etc. It is not some fancy luxury apartment, but it is useable, and good for the price and location.

Close to grocery shops and taxi a 8 minute drive for centre

The whole house was dirty from top to bottom. Rooms were filfy. Shower sinks toilets dirty. Towels not been washed. Floors dirty. Bin lids not clean. Back garden had tower of cigarette buds in a pile. Wallpaper falling off wall and damp in room. Me and my 2 children slept on the sofa and the bedrooms and upstairs where not welcoming and dirty. Kitchen and surfaces not cleaned. Still food in cupboard from previous customers.

Perfect location as we attended the AO arena .really clean good parking basics home from home much better than a hotel for me and the kids

House is beautiful and spacious! Very clean and the facilities were also very good Location was perfect as I was having family staying over so it was very local to me and all the amenities were close by. Austin was also very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Everything was spot on.
