Villa San Giorgio

The staff were trying to be as helpful as possible. The view from the hause was just lovely

The villa did not have any air conditioning or mosquito nets. So we couldn't open the windows and it was too unbearable to stay. We then contacted the staff who kindly offered another accommodation. Although this accommodation was not too far from our original booking, we had lots of maintenance issues. - toilets blocked - shower spraying alot of water - dishwasher not cleaning - the capsules they suggested for the coffee machine not working - leak from the roof when we had a storm Just to list a few of the things. Oh and let's not forget that a toxic mosquito sent was being used in the villa so at the end, our sun had difficulties breathing. At this point we just gave up and spent the rest of our holiday away from the villa and only went there to sleep.

Temperatura wewnątrz willi oraz duża ilość komarów były mocno uciążliwe.

Stühle kaputt und Pool grün. Pfanne kaputt. Grill war nicht sauber und das sollte kein Grill nennen

Sehr schönes Toskana- Steinhaus inmitten eines Olivenhains mit 4 Duschbädern jedes mit Toilette und BD. Großzüge Küche und Wohnzimmer mit weiterer Schlafcouch. 3 Schöne Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Kingsize Betten. Ein Zimmer etwas größer mit zusätzlichem Einzelbett. Toller Minipool perfekt für kleine Kinder aber auch für Erwachsene angenehm zum abkühlen. Riesiger eingezäunter Garten in dem sich der Hund frei bewegen könnte.

Es besteht wie in vielen Rezessionen geschrieben ein erhebliches Mosquito-Problem. Leider gibt es keinerlei Schutzgitter an Fenster und Türen. Wenn es heiß ist muss man bei fehlender Klimaanlage tagsüber alle Fenster und Vorhänge schliessen - nachts muss man aber alles aufreißen, da haben uns nur die selbst mitgebrachten Reise-Mückennetze gerettet und viel Autan. Die Ventilatoren waren ob der Hitze im Dauersinsatz. Selbige waren leider überwiegen defekt oder minderwertig. Töpfe Pfannen und Geräte sind überwiegend Kaputt. Der Pool wurde gut gepflegt dennoch war das Wasser wirklich nie klar. Hier muss eine Sandfilteranlage installiert werden. Die verwendeten Filterkartuschen muss nach 2-4 Wochen austauschen und nicht nur spülen und wieder einsetzen. Dies ist ein erheblicher Hygienemangel den man eben nicht wegchloren kann! In diesem Preissegment darf man mehr erwarten.

Pool was smaller than it looked in photos. Couldn’t find key box a beginning owner had to give us her keys.

Villa San Giorgio is located in olive and forest surroundings. If you like nature but still be close to urban areas and historical places, this will be the perfect spot. House is surrounded by trees and nature. Numerous runners and walking enthusiasts use this area. Three separate rooms with bathrooms, large living rooms, and a great kitchen in addition to a private and spaceus parking lot make Vila simple and gorgeous. Outside the Villa grill story can be made next to the swimming pool, kids friendly but still large enough for enjoyment. Water is potable and drinkable. You can enjoy local vine and olive oil made by the owner of the property. Road towards Villa could be tricky for a first-time, small portion, but quickly, you use to it. Good located Villa gives you options to visit Firenza, Pisa, Livorno, Prato, Montemurlo, and so on. Large shopping malls are nearby, as well as fuel stations. One more time expressing gratefulness to the owner and the support team, Letizia, Francesca, and Erika. All of them are simple professionals they are very friendly and responsive. Simple visit and relax

Lovely location situated on a hill near Florence. The location is in a rural area surrounded by olive treas. You can experience the silence while the view is fantastic.

The house is a typical Tuscan villa provided with enough space and a very nice atmosphere. The view is exceptional. The hospitality of the team is great.

The property was spacious and had plenty of space, There were a good number of bathrooms. It was clean overall.

The electrics need updating. Modern travel adaptors do not work so no one could charge their gadgets properly. We relied on 2 old fashioned adaptors provided by hosts.The plug sockets were slightly fragile so did not feel safe. The property needs either air conditioning units or better quality fans. The fans they provided were of a low standard and poorly maintained. In the extreme temperatures, it was impossible to sleep as having windows open resulted in mosquitos. Only one of the wall mounted fan units worked. The pool was not a pool as advertised but a tub. There was also not enough space for everyone to sit downstairs comfortably. Property not suitable for young families. The owner and the rep from the managing company responded to messages and were friendly.
