Villa Vanesa with Private Pool nearby Porec

House is beautifully built as you can see from the pictures. Location is perfect; close to many top locations in Istria like Porec, Rovinje, Vrsar, Motovun and Pula. The pool is excellent. The jacuzzi is a nice addition. My family enjoyed a lot the fussball table and the pingpong table. Enough sunbeds around the pool. Private parking for 2 cars. Beds are comfortable. We loved the covered terraces. Completely fenced garden so safe for our dog. Every morning at 9am the baker comes by with a choice of fresh bread and croissants. Just wait outside the gate a few minutes before 9am to not miss him. Several good restaurants within 10 minute drive.

Living room needs more seats. We had to use dining chairs to sit in the living room. Some renewal/ small maintenance is needed to the furniture inside and outside the house. We had some ac unit problems in all 4 bedrooms last 2 nights. Living room unit worked perfectly. I suggest to put a gas bbq outside. Is much easier than the current option. But don’t let this keep you from staying here as the house is really great and the location is perfect.
