Kidóni Villas

The communication with the hosts was wonderful. Fast, friendly, giving many great recommendations. We were touched by their welcoming vibe. The house is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, beautiful details and a beautiful garden! Very spacious.

The beds were hard for us. Maybe we are just used to something else.. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful! The neighbors dog however was a bit loud for us at night. Not something to blame the hosts, but it did influence our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kidoni Villas. Spiros was a gracious host and was waiting for us and showed us around the beautiful stone house. The entire house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine. The homemade orange marmalade he gave us was delicious. Spiros also gave us bottles of water.

We liked everything about the property.

Most charming place we have ever stayed at. The house and the space around was breathtaking. Starting with the stone and wood details, lemon trees, flowers olives and a swing as well as the fireplace. A ton of space on the inside and outdoors. Planty of room to park a car. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Property is gated and it makes you feel safe and at home. You must eat at " wife of Alexis" tavern.....food was exceptional!

Pleasant authentic atmosphere, caring host. Beautiful orange and lemon trees in the garden, from which you can taste.

It is a little colder in the house during the off-season, but after the first day the house warmed up from the fireplace and air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, traditionally built house. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bedrooms were large and cozy, making it very comfortable for our group. Each room has air conditioning. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming—they greeted us with wine and olive oil from their own gardens, which was a lovely personal touch. Also, recommended many nice places for us to visit, all very beautiful and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, there is also a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from Zakynthos town, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful setting. If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the sound insulation between the living room and the bedrooms—noise does carry between these spaces. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay on the island!

Sound insulation between the living room and the bedrooms It would have been nice to have mosquito nets on all the windows, not just for some windows, but there were mosquito devices and tablets provided by the host.
