Complementary drinks, amazing spaces

The property is superb with lots of space. Were a family of 5 so one of us had to make a bed up on the floor of the lounge which was okay for a 2 night stay. The free beer and wine was very welcome and the bathroom/onsen excellent. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions. If I return to Miyajima I would certainly book Kiyomori again. It's just a 5 or 6 minute walk from the ferry, so in a great location.

The registration process was a little confusing. I tried to complete it on my phone before we arrived but had to finish the procedure at the front door on the property's ipad, as photos were required. It was not a big deal but the instructions on doing this prior to checking in could be a bit clearer.

Superbe maison japonaise! Très agréable en famille! Onsen avec écran extérieur ( diaporama) Très bonne communication avec nos hôtes, très prévenants ( frigo rempli de bouteilles d’eau et sodas et cave à vin); location chère mais totalement justifiée! En raison des pluies diluviennes lors de notre séjour,nous avons du coup profité du calme et du confort de la maison

Si on était resté plus longtemps, l’absence de lave linge nous aurait manqué ( mais il y a une laverie dans le village)

Nice place, lots of big beds.

Be careful of the low ceilings! The shorter people I traveled with had no problems, but I hit my head more than once.

The location was great! The house has a beautiful view and is tucked away from the tourist spots. The walking distance from restaurants and other attractions was very doable. The home was gorgeous as well! My son just wanted to play in the koi pond. The amenities were very nice as well. The staff were incredibly nice and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in. They almost stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks. We would love to stay here again!

There were more bugs in the home than we would have liked. We had large black ants in the beds. Also, more privacy than a curtain for the beds near the kitchen would be nice.
