Er zijn 2 keukens, 1 binnen (boven) en 1 buiten (gelijkvloers, overdekt) enkel de keuken boven beschikte een afwasmachine. Het zou handig zijn indien er beneden ook één zou zijn

Veel muggen maar boeie!!! Deze man was de beste man ever. 1) gratis boodtocht 2) gratis eten + alcohol 3) hij heeft mijn kleren die ik vergeten was GRATIS naar me opgestuurd 4) gratis boodtocht + alcohol. Deze man was de meest lieve schattige man ooit!!! Hij zorgt voor zijn gasten alsof het zijn familie is. Er zijn super veel zwemdingen in het zwembad dus je kan geweldig bakken. Supermarkt om de hoek!!!! 10/10. We vonden vooral het zwembad geweldig samen met de beneden accommodatie. Muggen heb je overal. Vibe niet.

lo que más me gustó fue la piscina, y la ubicación, que estaba cerca de las playas para ir en coche. También que en el salón había aire acondicionado y en los dormitorios de la buhardilla también. El anfitrión muy agradable, excepto que nos debería haber avisado de lo que nos encontramos y se lo hicimos saber.

No me gustó que desde el primer día que llegamos había una plaga de mosquitos, no se podía estar en los exteriores porque te comían los mosquitos. De hecho, todos terminamos con picaduras, algunos de los que íbamos con picaduras a lo bestia por las piernas, por la cara, por los brazos. Nos quejamos de que no nos hubiesen avisado, puesto que nos dijo el dueño que ya llevaban así unos 15 días. Nuestra intención era pasar el mayor tiempo posible en el exterior, disfrutar de la piscina hasta tarde, comer y cenar fuera y nada de eso fue posible. Sobre las 6 de la tarde, nos teníamos que pasar dentro de la casa porque había mosquitos hasta en la piscina. La zona de exteriores bastante descuidada, era grande, con zona de árboles pero nada de césped por esa zona y alrededor de la piscina muy basto. Había mucho mobiliario antiguo y roto, y la limpieza también dejaba mucho que desear sobre todo en el exterior. Tampoco me pareció cómodo que para pasar a la casa desde la piscina tenías que subir unas 15 escaleras, más las de la buhardilla para las habitaciones de arriba. También había un futbolín que se deshacía por abajo de lo viejo que está. En general bastante regular, no fue lo que esperábamos.

Private pool, very comfortable beds, spotless clean, plenty of space for everyone. Air conditioning was very good. Location was perfect 15/20 minutes away from attractions and 5 minute walk from Mercadona. Juan was very helpful and kind. We were greeted with lovely fresh fruit and wine. He arrived on day of check out with a lovely Torrevieja pie which made its way back to Ireland !

Sloped ceilings in top three bedrooms upstairs. We couldn’t stand up straight - would be perfect for small children. For reference I am 5”4 in height. Downstairs bedrooms are perfect. Grass around poolside is a bit rough so don’t stand in bare feet. All negative reviews on booking.com have been addressed.

pool bbq, however we had to fully clean it, the utensils for the barbecue were not suitable as we had to purchase this from the local supermarket in order to have a barbecue along with charcoal and firelighters

furniture was outdated and very old not fit for purpose. The pictures do not resemble the current condition of the property and the furniture. Mattresses are well used Chairs outside are also well used and are in need of replacements table tennis was also very old and damaged Football table was very old and unable to use Top three bedrooms are very small and the toilet above is only suitable for kids rather than adults The broadband Wi-Fi stopped working on the first day, luckily I managed to rule out. It was the mains socket that had tripped however did take some time before we got back online

Large property with lots of space for a family holiday. Lovely pool area, great for socialising. We wanted a quiet place to stay so that we could spend time with the whole family and that was fabulous. Good bus service to beach 10 mins and a few bars and restaurants close by within walking distance Great upper terrace for dinner and family area near pool. Great supermarket close by. 2 kitchens to make food and good size fridges in both. Air con in main living area and upstairs bedrooms with great cooling power. Showers good and plenty of hot water. Juan the owner took good care of the pool and provided vegetables for a nice accompament to some fresh sea bass from the supermarket and brought us a lovely Torrevieja Cake which we had for breakfast. A lovely man. Villa in a lovely residential area which is what we wanted.

Bedrooms on main floor could do with air con but we had plenty of fans which kept us cool in the night.

The Pool, The Terrace , The Tennis Table, also the apartment was very comfortable , plus the use of the washing machine was very convenient, Juan was on hand if we needed anything. On the whole a very pleasant and private place to enjoy with the whole family,

Very minor detail the ovens and barbecue need a little help.

The location is nice and quiet and also central.

The objet is NOT as described online!!!!!!! No AC, just one in the living room not working properly. The 3 bedrooms (ceiling where 90cm high at the best 1,6m) upstairs could not be inside because they had 39 degrees Celsius and you were not able to stand in the room. The so called “villa” is in a very, very bad shape. It is dangerous to walk even on the stairs because they brake. Pool is in a very bad condition.
